My security system is a hardwired system built into house by the previous owner. I had no information/instructions when we moved in several years ago. When we decided to get the system operable, I called several companies and received wildly different solutions and costs. Johnny with J and J Security knew exactly what to fix and how to do it at minimal cost and in a timely manner. I won t hire anyone else for any future work, if needed!

Johnny my Tech was Professional, Courtesy, and He did an EXCELLENT JOB INSTALLING MY ALARM SYSTEM. He comes highly recommended!!

Raul forgot to call when he was enroute and arrived late, but he repaired my system successfully. He was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful (wore a mask). It was a fairly easy repair and he switched out one of my cameras. I would use him again.

Terrible terrible experience. Showed up late spoke little English I was away at work but marked where I wanted cameras and told my wife where i wanted cameras they did not install them where we asked said it was not possible. Ran wires thru closet and left them exposed plus two random holes in ceiling. When I got home I had them come back out and move them and ta-da it worked in the locations I wanted and no exposed wired in closet but now I holes in closet and have seven holes where cameras where moved inside and outside of house to locations I originally wanted. Its completely ridiculous most unprofessional hack job Ive ever seen in my life. Plus cameras are low quality and always fading in and out and bleeding thru on each other. Biggest waste of my hard earned $2,000 dollars.

Professional, knowledgeable and friendly...

J&J Security did a great job they hooked up 8 cameras three thermostats in one Nest doorbell all in one day once the work was done he was very patient with me and help me understand how the nest doorbell and thermostats work and also how my cameras system worked and addressed any problems I might have had and cleaned up before they left. I would highly recommend them to everyone I know thanks Johnny great job.

Johnny and another person came into our facility and were very professional explained the services and what would occur during install. Completed the task then test to ensure that it was working properly provided the information for our new system. I would recommend their company very professional and they did an awesome job for a reasonable price.

The guys that did the install were great and did an exceptional job. Johnny was the nicest person that I have had in my home in a long time and very professional. He was easy to work with and did exactly what we wanted.

Be aware that Johnny may not be the guy doing the actual installation and there is a “final walk through” phase that I had no knowledge of / discussed. very prompt and professional in engaging and giving you a quote. Pricing is competitive and installation is of good quality. I have given 1 less star on work quality because the guy who did the install, did not clean up the wire shreds, etc. once he was done.
