The technician, Johnny was outstanding. He diagnosed my problem in just a few minutes and new immediately how to correct it. They cost was extremely reasonable. I will definitely use them in the future!

Johnny was simply outstanding. He came out on a Saturday afternoon, preceded by very good communication of when he was coming (to help make sure i wasn't waiting without knowing what time). He not only fixed my first issue (which i made the original service call about), but he also fixed several other issues that i was having (e.g. telephone / modem). Very professional from start to finish. Note: He fixed an issue for what others said must be replaced so it saved me lots of money. You don't find honest people very often but that's the way he operates. I will definitely use him again if i have any issues. Highly recommend.

Call for for reprogramming of a keypad from the previous owners. It was locked up. Johnny, tech arrived ahead of schedule and immediately went to work. He was very polite and professional. Kept me informed as to what task was being performed. Also gave some insights.

I had a faulty wireless receiver, a keypad that was freezing up, and a few other errors and glitches with my alarm system. I called J&J, and scheduled an appointment with Johny. When he came over he fixed all of my problems within 30 minutes and he was very clear in explaining the problems that I had. A few days later I called him about another problem I was having with my system, and he was able to troubleshoot it over the phone. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Technician very help full explain the problem and fixed the next day, but during works He's too busy to answer other phone call.
