After claim the deal, waited over a week for them to call. I then called and spoke with Omar. Sent him pictures showing couple small areas needed to be patched, sanded, and painted. Instead of what his deal offering which is $200 for 4 hours of drywall repair and paint, Omar wanted $600 because he needs 8 hours to do the job due to time it takes for the repair to dry up before he can paint. We agreed to the $600. He showed up on the appointment date, immediately wanted even more now due to ceiling height. I had enough. We parted ways right there. What a waste of my time and efforts! Definitely won't hire him again!

Project was completed to specifications and I am very satisfied. Care was taken to fine detailed painting and everything came out great without having to correct any mistakes. Omar was very good at making sure I was completely satisfied so was his team as the job was being done. I have used Omar‘s company before and once again he has delivered great work!

Omar and his team recently completed a powder room bathroom renovation for us. We are so happy with the finished project! Omar took our photos, inspiration, and plans and made it all come to life. From top to bottom - millwork, wallpaper, tile, painting, sconces, and toilet/ sink plumbing, Omar made it all happen in a timely and professional manner. He has an attention to detail and produces excellent work. We cannot wait to use Omar for the rest of our townhome renovation work!!

Omar did a great job replacing two ceings that had water damage Tney look like new.He repaired he repainted water damage to an interior plaster wall and painted the room. His work was perfect and he is great to work with. He comes on time and completes work on time and to a brry high standard.

Omar is one of a kind. Don't think twice about hiring him, do it! His initial scope of work included smoothing of textured ceilings in a 1,600 SF townhome built in the 1970s that my wife and I just purchased. The townhome needed lots of work before any reasonable person would consider it habitable. Although I initially hired Omar for smoothing work, he has a very versatile skillset as well as a deep bench of coworkers who perform other trades of work. As opposed to hiring multiple companies and trying to coordinate schedules and timing with multiple individuals, I ran all the work through Omar. Omar smoothed the ceilings, rebuilt the stairs to the second story (tread, risers, handrails, staining), removed old carpet and replaced it with pre-engineered hardwood, patched and concealed 30+ holes in the drywall, replaced the ladder to the attic, and painted the entire house (walls, ceiling, and trim). Omar is a craftsman. His attention to detail is second to none and I never had concerns the work wouldn't be completed to a very high-level of perfection. Omar prides himself upon making the owner happy, and it shows in his work. Above all else, Omar is communicative and trustworthy. He is man of his word. Omar showed up when he said he would show up, completed each scope of work on schedule, and when he had questions that required my decision, was quick to ask. Throughout the duration of his work in my house, Omar used the guest key. I wasn't at the house for most of the time, but Omar worked independently and diligently while paying respect to my personal possessions and residence. I would recommend Omar to anyone looking to hire an honest, fair and highly skilled contractor!

Had textured ceilings smoothed out, wall paper removed and interior painted. The ceilings turned out amazing completely changed the dated aspect of the house. All this work took place while I was living out of state and was completed by the time if moved in. Omar did an excellent job and trusted him with our new house.

His quote was detailed, and he was confident enough about the areas between design and execution to give recommendations on improvements. What’s more, Omar stands by his work, even if it means redoing something that he personally felt didn’t execute to vision. It’s nice to hear him say “this is how I would do it in my house”. As of this review, we’ve already asked him to come back and quote us on additional work!

Omar did a great job. He showed up when he said he would and got the job done when he said he would get it done. On the first day he did try and say that the job would cost more than the quote he gave, but when I held him to the contract he stayed true to it.

Omar and his team did AMAZING work in our home. We had Omar install flooring and quarter round in our basement on cement sub floor, also tiled our entire bathroom and shower pan, repaired drywall when our electrician had to run a new line and tear up existing drywall, and also most recently Omar and his team ripped up carpet and install luxury vinyl plank floors in our living room (also made sure to follow existing pattern). We are incredibly happy with the results and best of all the price was amazing. Definitely will be using Omar for future projects and 110% recommend him.

Omar was fantastic! I had a ceiling leak from my bathroom and he repaired it quickly and it looks like nothing ever happened. I’ll definitely use him again.

It went fine. The only glitch is I have to contact them to find out when he was to come. But it was pretty quick. They did a very good. Cleaned up everything.

Omar does excellent work and everyone he brought in was professional. He brought in a) 1 person to help hang the drywall but he did the mudding and sanding, b) carpenters to install new crown molding and install a new exterior door frame I bought and c) a painter to paint trim and walls. Because we chose metallic paint for the ceiling that has to be rolled quickly, Omar primed & painted the ceiling (3 times to ensure proper coverage). When the caulking separated/withdrew in the corners of the new crown molding after several days (after I had fully paid him), he came back in a very timely manner to re-caulk and paint the entire crown molding again without hesitation. Omar and his wife cleaned up very well. His English is adequate, but he brought out his daughter for the quote phase to ensure there were no communication issues. He reliably arrives on time. He uses Joist software via email to provide the estimate and detailed work description; with a couple of clicks, the customer makes payments with a credit card. He requested 50% upfront which I did pay and work started within several days. Upon completion and my approval, he sent me the final bill for payment (we added some work and price adjustments I was happy with). His $4,400 cost was in-line with another bid and he was a pleasure to work with.
