Description of Work: Great work by a contractor finally!! We have had such bad experiences but not this time. Great, quality work with clear communication. We had a deck removed and replaced and repairs for Windows which were put in wrong in the first place.

Description of Work: Work was performed adequately. The project manager was very responsive and helped ensure the job was performed per requested. The electrical work had to almost be redone due to inadequate questionable electrical code work. Did not talk with the owner once 80% was paid.

Description of Work: Added about 400ft2 of new deck, removed old deck, two staircases, lighting, rails, custom arbor with integrated electric and ceiling fans. Very high quality and added some bonuses for me without charging more. Really great quality and service but you pay for what you get. I'd use them again.

 + -1 moreFrank was great to work with from start to finish. He answered all of our questions, addressed our concerns, and had some design ideas for us. The work started on time and was completed as promised. The work crew was friendly and kept the work area clean. The new deck is great. It's not only safe and secure, but aesthetically pleasing. Frank added as small grill area on the side and slanted the steps so that they are more functional than the old stairway and look much better. We had a great experience with Decks and More. Two of my friends have used Frank for their decks and they are equally satisfied.
Description of Work: Removed an existing deck. Built a new deck and side landing. The deck sits about 15' off the ground so safety was a primary concern.

 + 0 moreI THINK THAT THIS COMPANY IS AVERAGE. THEY TYPICALLY GET A LITTLE STRETCHED THIN. THEY TAKE IN TOO MANY JOBS AT ONE TIME. THEY COULD HAVE USED BETTER MATERIALS.
Description of Work: THEY RENOVATED AN EXISTING DECK, AND THEY PUT ON A ROOF AND SCREENED IN THE WHOLE THING.
