My brake light went on. Tue mechanic informed Me that the sensor only needed to be replaced. I was expecting a $600 service, but in only cost $20. They are very honest.

It went GREAT!
We arrived at Savannah Tire and instead of having to wait or call a cab, a wonderful employee gave us a ride home! It is part of their great customer service!
We expected the car around 5pm, but at 4pm got picked up by the same courteous gentleman because the repairs were done.
Mike reviewed the financing plan, and we left with coupons in hand and all the info we needed.
The car no longer made the horrific grinding sound, and the brakes worked great!
I need tires in the next couple of months. I already discussed this with Mike, and I will ABSOLUTELY go back to Savannah Tire!
Excellent company. Professional staff. Courtesy all around!
For an expensive car repair, the experience couldn't have been better!

I brought my car in to get find out if i had a radiator hose leak or not. They took my car and said i needed a whole new radiator. i said fix it and then they told me that i had an oil leak. they gave me an estimate for the leak and said i needed my timing belt replaced when they did this. (I replaced my timing belt about a year ago) i told them not to do the oil leak just the radiator. when i picked up my car i asked for a copy of the estimate. they guy said that he deleted it because i didn't want to have the work done. he later emailed me the estimate. However, that made me mad. After this i have not brought my car back to Savannah Tire. They're friendly and all but i feel like they're scamming me. every time i went in there it was always something else wrong with my car. I also have some friends who will never go back because of the same reasons. overall friendly yes, price overrated

Parts are questionable quality. Warranty is small. BEWARE OF THE ADD ON SHOP FEES. Read the full cost estimate. I did not. A big mistake not reading it. The attendant held it and read it to me. Have them give you the printed cost estimate and look at the added fees. They also use a scare tactic. Tell you your brakes have wear and then not tell you how much or how it sits on measure. Saying my brakes have wear and not saying what the lining measures is a scare tactic. DO NOT TRUST WHAT YOU ARE BEING TOLD AT SAVANNAH TIRE ON MONTGOMERY CROSSROADS. They are good for front end alignment and balance. ALWAYS GET ANOTHER OPINION ON ANY QUOTE THEY TELL YOU. You will be happy you did. Have meet multiple other people who have had other major work done there. The opinion was not positive. They go way out of the way to quickly show you a major list of issues to fix. Do yourself a favor. Stick with only tires and alignment. Get the major work done elsewhare.

The oil change was done well and everything was fine with the quality of the work. However, I have a real problem with places that try to sell you services that you do not need. For example, when I was having my oil changed a man came out and showed me a foldout sheet with samples from the various fluids in my vehicle. First he approached me with a long face as if he was a surgeon about to deliver some very bad news about a loved one who he had just performed surgery on. Instead he approached with and overview of my fluids. According to him, none of them were good and my air filter (what's with the air filter at these places?) was severely clogged and desperately needed replacing. The one fluid that he said that I should definitely have replaced was my transmission fluid. The funny thing was, I had just had my transmission fluid drained, flushed and replaced about 500 mile before I had come in there. While people vary on how often you should change your transmission fluid, even conservative estimates say every 30,000 to-40,000 miles. Things like that with auto service places, drive me absolutely crazy and quite frankly, I think it's an unethical way to run a business.

They are friendly. They aren't too busy. They were able to bring me back to my house when my car was worked on. They came and picked me up. They have friendly staff. They are a little bit higher priced than other places, but I don't have to sit there and wait. They take me in when I need to get in. They come to me, so I don't have to wait.

They are a fairly local company, but they have expanded out over the years. I would advice other friends and family members to deal with them. I have been there so many times for so many different things. The punctuality is good.

(The date is approximate) I made an error when I scheduled my appointment and when I showed up, found that I had made the appointment for the wrong site. They took me anyway. I got an oil change. They were quick and efficient, however, the next day I checked my oil and found that I was a quart low. My car is a 2010 Ford Focus so I know it wasnt using oil. When I called them to inform them of the error, they acted like I was an idiot and did not even apologize for the oversite. I only called to let them know because if I had had an older car, the engine could have been blown. I have not had a problem with the oil ever since and I have had several oil changes since then (from someone else). If you use them...CHECK YOUR OIL.

Ordered Mobil 1 premium synthetic. When ready to pay, was told bill would be almost twice what I paid 6 months ago at a competitor (A now-closed MOBIL 1 Service Center) for the same oil in the same car. Explanation is that oil prices have risen. I asked if there were any alternatives and counter man said I could use Mobil's blend of regular and synthetic oils and get same result at about half the cost. He seem to anticipate what I was going to say next by saying that some people have personal preferences for the premier synthetic even though there is no reason for it under normal driving conditions. This is an attractive service center and the staff is very polite. But you cannot count on them to volunteer options. (I had a similar experience at this same Center buying tires this spring.) When I drove away I noticed that the "Next Service" reminder sticker they put on the windshield called for the next oil change in 4,000 miles. I called to ask why it was not the 6,000 mile interval that Mobil claims for this premium oil. They said they put 4,000 miles on every sticker, regardless of the oil used. Am left with the feeling that they do what they say they will but you had better know yourself what your options are before you get there. The plusses seem to outweigh the negatives which is why I will consider going back to them but only after talking with other Angie' s List "A" listers.

Very happy. No Surprises. droped off car at 8:30 AM Saturday and picked up at 3:00 same day. Right front tire was waring out on outside edge, they installed my good spare tire and realigned the front end and put used tire in spare tire well.
