The Brothers General Contracting and Landscaping

Today, my front and backyard look awful. In September 2023, I spent $7,000 on sod installation for both areas and initially, the yard looked amazing. However, after a few weeks, weeds became rampant. I took pictures and texted them to Lance. I also enlisted Grass Doctor to begin treating the sod. When I noticed the problems, I informed the owner, but he claimed it wasn't his responsibility. Two other grass experts evaluated the grass and identified it as POA, which was present when the sod was installed. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue with Lance, he was uncooperative. Despite the ongoing attention and grass treatments, the yard looks terrible. After spending so much money, I expected more time and effort to correct the issue. I am very dissatisfied.

The Brothers General Contracting and landscaping was very professional and punctual. The deck was done exactly how Lance said it would be done and he made sure that I was happy with the project every step of the way. I have a few more projects I have to do on my house and there is no other company I would use! If in need of and contracting or landscaping need The Brothers are the place to go!

We hired The Brothers to replace crumbling steps and a retaining wall at a cemetery that our association maintains. Lance and his crew made the process easy throughout from beginning to end. Lance was easy to work with, laid out a suggested plan for materials and design for the project and respected our choices though-out the entire process. Very prompt in keeping us updated about the work being done at the project site. Will definitely hire The Brothers for future projects.

This is the third large project that I have hired The Brothers for. Lance was very professional. Any items needed were immediately available. I have connected The Brothers with friends to have jobs done. I would hire Lance again in a heartbeat. I have contacted other contacting companies who were way pricier.

Lance is a guy that I could bounce ideas off of. Great personality. I have used them in the past so I called them again. After having Covid and getting older, I just cant seem to keep up with the weeds etc. His crew worked super hard and had my yard looking beautiful once again.

I bought my house a few years ago and always planned to redo the front garden. I wasnâ t in a place where I could pull everything up myself so I hired The Brothers to demo my front garden and give me the clean slate to plant my dream garden. Itâ s a small project but one Iâ m glad they handled. They were very communicative and responsive to all my questions. Iâ ll definitely be in touch with other projects I have planned.

The quality of the work is poor and when I provided feedback to Preston, he accused me of not watering the sod, my concern was the quality and a hole in my yard. My neighbor made a comment about the quality of the work. I also asked 3 times for a copy of my contract, with no response from Preston. Big promises, big ego and terrible service and work. I would recommend to use another company

Great experience with this company. The initial consultation was quick and thorough. They gave me a great deal, since I was using them for several different services. Owners and staff were friendly, easy to communicate with, and finished the work quickly without sacrificing quality. I have already recommended them to a few friends inquiring about landscaping services and I would use them again for home improvement projects in the future.

The Brothers visited my home and assessed the backyard deck for repair. not only did they repair the deck they extended the deck on both sides along with steps and a full concrete pad. Thanks again Gentlemen!
