The Brothers General Contracting and Landscaping

Overall poor experience. They had to send another contractor to redo the pressure washing job they should have done in the beginning. Instead, they gave excuses for why the job wasn?t performed. ?The gables were too high or I?m too tall and weigh too much to climb up a ladder or my bleaching wand was broken.? I specifically asked if the wasp nest had been removed as requested and he said YES!! Turns out, the nest was still there along with bird excrement and moss which could have easily been removed had the job been performed properly. As for the sod, had it not been for my husband, I would have been lost on after care. I immediately watered it and my daughter continued to water it two times a day per my husband?s instruction. I even paid someone to water it when we were out of town?they are on surveillance doing so. The job was in mid August, 2021?not months ago. Plus, the watering was supplemented by plenty of rain in that month. When I brought up the issues to Lance a few weeks later that the sod was not taking in certain areas, I was blamed for not properly caring for it. He stated that we had burned the sod and that it needed to be replaced, but made no offer to do so. He then brought up specifics about watering it at certain times of day?none of which I was advised at all!! Like I said, I got instructions from my husband and we NEVER skipped watering. I advised Lance that I would take up my contention with Angi and to stop texting. I wanted to leave a review early on in the process. I was willing to give them a fair review as they did make good on the pressure washing; however, they did not like the word ?fair? and retracted the link. Therefore, I had to leave a review via customer service. Also, they did not install the rocks I requested. Since making a complaint and a review reflecting my dissatisfaction with their service, The Brothers have sent me a couple of obscene gestures?a reflection of their maturity level and professionalism!!

They came back made all corrections and was satisfied .

These are true professionals, salt of the earth type of people. They were always on time, and went out of there way to make sure my wife was happy with her garden. The suggestions they made added more luxury to the appearance of our home! I will definitely be doing business with them again.

Lance and his brother were a joy to do business with, because they kept it real with me in terms of pricing, project intensity, and timeframes. I ended up holding the actual project due to personal setbacks, but I will definitely look to them for future projects. They did a portion of what I originally wanted, and that work was excellent. I rated a low value for the price I was given, because I couldâ ve gone with a different company to charge me less for that specific job. However, I wanted to lock in some kind of business with Lance because of how much I liked his company in general.

Great customer service was provided. I was kept informed of the work being performed. The team did a great job !

Lance and his crew were phenomenal. They were professional and fast and they did not take no short cuts. There were no hidden fees. I am looking forward to working with them again soon.
