The work was done quickly and efficiently. Jaime was quick to answer any questions that I had, and explained what he was going to do. He arrived on time and completed the work quickly. He made sure that he cleaned up before he left as well which is always nice.

This was at a property where I do not live. I bought the special deal $49 for service call plus $20 credit on service. They were supposed to call or E-mail me to schedule service but they never did. I finally had to call them to get on schedule. Then RS Andrews made me sit and wait for 6 1/2 HOURS for someone to show up, over two and a half hours past the window of time they said they would come by. The guy came in and made a simple adjustment on the float level in the toilet tank that took him about five minutes and then charged me an additional $78, from which he subtracted the $20. So I ended up paying $107 total plus wasting all those hours of my time. Then R.S. Andrews sent me a survey request, in which I gave them a piece of my mind about this ripoff. So someone calls me from RS Andrews to discuss and then offered me $59 credit on a future service call. That's useless to me since I will never use them again. This is not even the first time I've had trouble with them. I guess I should have known better than to have taken this so-called deal.

Scheduled them for 12-3pm. At 3:05pm I called to inquire, since no one called or showed up. I was told by Ruby, "We're late all the time", and "that's normal in a service business". That's their attitude, and it's ridiculous. Shame on you, RS Andrews.

It did not happen. The plumber wanted to do much more extensive work and quoted a number at least $300 higher than required for the work to be performed. This was a blatant attempt to rip us off. We will never use RS Andrews for a plumbing job and can never recommend anyone else use them either. We sent them packing and are now out the $49 paid for the special deal!

They were timely. They showed up when they said they would. It didn't take them long.

Expressed how ridiculous the price was and installed the faucet myself. It toke 5 hours, but I didn't pay an absurd amount of $622.

I don?t think there was a charge for what they did. They?re service has been exemplary, everything they have done has been great. They have been really great. I would tell others that I had no problems with them and they would get some good service. They left the area looking excellent. They had booties on, they never came in the house without booties. They were excellent.

Very well, prompt delivery and set up. Cleaned up like they were never there. Home is much more comfortable as they balanced the duct work.

It took a little while to determine why my AC and water heater weren't working. The technicians were very professional and explained everything in detail.

poor, overpriced,already paid for groupon then was charged to much for simple replaceing of lights we supplied.

The plumber that came out to do the estimate was very nice, but quoted me $311 with the deal I had purchased for the work that needed to be done. I called the plumber I normally use and he said that he would do it for around $150.

I appreciated the fact that I called them Thursday and they came Friday. They were pleasant to deal with, and the plumber was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. He fixed the issue promptly. It was not a terribly complicated procedure but still, it's good when even simple things are done well. I'd rather pay more and have the job well done, than pay less and have to call another plumber later. Taking all this into account I still found them a bit pricey, even with an Angie's List discount.

Plumbing went great, with suggestions given for most cost-effective options. Electrical went well overall. Came back at no charge to fix an issue with electricity that developed after first visit.
