Description of Work: We have a service agreement with them. We had to have an extension installed for a room that was farther away from the heating and air conditioning system. Another time, one of the heating units was not working so Trinity came out and explained it was a conductor that needed replaced. It was low cost and worked great. They are always willing to tell you things that other companies may not mention. They are really comprehensive about looking at everything overall. Their prices are very good and they are great to work with. We are very pleased with Trinity Air!

Description of Work: Checked out my furnace and found a part that was about to break that would have caused a gas leak. Had the part on hand and replaced it immediately. Arrived at the scheduled time performed the check and fix and was gone within one hour.

Description of Work: We purchased a service contract for our 3 units gor $500. What a joke. Had problems with a unit, they charged us $60 to come out, then tried to charge us more money to either do a leak check ($100) add freon ($300) or send some out to talk to us about replacing the unit completely. What did we buy a service contract for??? We sent them on their way..we will be usingsomeone else for any/all of the above. Expensive lesson learned. Stay away from them!!
