From the time I made the appointment until the time they left my driveway, I can't say enough positive things about this company!!  Mrs. Blanks was so quick to respond to my email questions and to call me to set up my appointment, I thought I was dealing with company from the Midwest!  Mr. Banks and his crew showed up ON TIME! They were very cautious and took their time finding my septic tank because the plat from the county was incorrect (which Mr. Blanks says happens very often)!!  They just didn't take the word of the county inspector and start digging up my yard based off a crappy drawing. I had many questions about my system, because I have never had a septic system before now, and Mr. Blanks took the time to answer them without hesitation.  They made sure that any minor spillage from the hoses afterwards was quickly cleaned up with my garden hose and filled the 2 holes in my lawn as best as they could.  They have clean equipment, cleaned their equipment and were very nice to work with on this issue.  They don't have a coupon or discount through Angie's List, but they do offer a $50 discount for each property if you get a neighbor or two to set up appointments the same day.  Great little company!

They were very prompt in responding! Knew what they were doing, got it done efficiently and in a timely manner, even when they ran into unexpected problems. Didn't even tear up my yard, and believe me, it could have been a possibility. Friendly and polite, pricing was fair; what more could a customer ask?! Thank you Blanks. I'd recommend you folks anytime.

I was a little disappointed that they didn't have a discount for Angie's List member's, however, so far it looks like they did a great job and I am very pleased with their service. I thought they might have been a little pricey, but they were very professional, prompt, responsive and had excellent communication with me.  I know if I have a problem, they will assist me in a timely manner.  I would recommend their services to others.

y I called Blanks Septic after I discovered some standing water in my yard. Being new to GA and septic systems my initial conclusion was that our new house must need the septic tank pumped out. Joe Blanks came out with his truck and looked over the situation and said, " You do not need your septic tank pumped (note: Blanks quoted me $450 for a 1500 gallon tank...all in). Your train field probably has a cracked pipe and is leaking water. It would do you no good at this time to have your tank drained because in a week or two you will be calling me back with the same problem." With the amount of honesty this man possessed I new right away I could trust him to do a great repair job at a fair price. Joe repaired my system on-time and on budget. If I have a septic issue in the future Blanks Septic will be my go-to people........

Very Honest and up front Company, They came out after normal hours with NO CHARGE to me, pumped my tank and unclogged my line for a very low cost. I sure will use them again, and I'll let everyone know to call Joey Blanks

They did great. Explain to me everything. They have a flat rate of $350 plus what ever else you need to get done. They were really professional, and knowledgeable about their job. Great job. Thanks for the quick response.

When I called Blakes I left a message that was returned within minutes. I schedule to have my Septic Tank pumped the following week because I was going out of town. On Monday morning Blakes showed up right on time and within no time had located my septic tank. I've lived in this house close to 2 years but the house was built in 1960 so I had no idea where the septic tank was. Needless to say the tank looked like it had never been pumped but Blakes did a great job of pumping this tank. I was impressed how much time they took to insure they pumped everything out. It was a job! When they covered the tank, they took the time and care to make sure the yard was not left in a mess like most septic companies do. The cost of $350.00 was well worth it for the quality of job I received. Will use Blakes Septic in the future and would highly recommend they.

My husband arrived home to find that our septic tank had flooded our basement bath. He quickly went online and chose Blank's Septic because it was a family owned business of 30 years near our house. He called them, set up an appointment and followed their instructions for contacting the city to have them mark underground power lines etc. When I arrived home I went online to Angie's List and saw that the company had A rating - I was happy with my husbands choice. Josh Blank arrived at the appointed time, was very nice and professional and proceeded to find and clean our tank out with very little disturbance to our yard. I felt very comfortable with him and would not hesitate to use them again or to refer them to my friends. Anytime I can use a small local business that treats their customers to great service at a reasonable price, I will go out of my way recommend them. Thanks Josh for your help!
