This was a bad experience in every way. Response Time for worker was about 10 hours. The project manager showed up in his Corvette in about 3 to 4 hours. He said the on call worker was on another job and it would be 11pm or later or the worker would be there the next day. Of course I wanted them as soon as possible. She showed up around 11:30pm with a non helper. She was telling him that she could not do all the heavy lifting of the dryer fan by herself. She quit about 2:30am and said she would be back in the morning. She came back at 11am with her non helper and stayed till about 4pm. She was a very hard worker and knew what she was doing. (She was the best part of this experience.) On Monday the Z team showed up at noon . Four men who were so slow and acted like they didn't know what they were doing. I asked if the woman how I met could come back and was told she was the emergency response on call team They asked why and I said she was more professional and a harder worker. They said she was only a woman and I had four men on site and I should be happy. Wow! I then called my insurance agent and explained things. She said they could be replaced but it may be 2 days before someone else is sent. Since everything was so wet and I needed this done as soon as possible I kept they. It took over a week They said they put down chemicals to treat mold, but I was there and know they didn't. I made them come back to do that. I was at work but my daughter said they were in and out in 30 minutes. And yes I signed their satisfaction letter because I was so over them. My remodel guy came out 2 days later and found 2 spots still wet. He said he couldn't start till it was dry. I called my insurance and they had them come back out. It took 4 to 5 more days. They had over 14 fans. I told my ins. agent they had seemed to not want to send workers to do the job right but so much equipment to lengthen the job time. They charged over $10,000.MY agent said they would not be used again. I will not use them and will tell all others not to.
