We were very happy with them. They have been fixing things. It is mostly dealing with grass.

The work was fine for a few years, but the quality declined with time. It is possible that this was not totally the fault of the provide, but things just never got resolved.

Great customer service and price compared to other large companies. They treated the fungus on our trees and lawn. My neighbors saw our lush lawn after 6 months and also signed up. Responsive and quick. I have an assigned rep for all my issues. No complaints. We will continue using them.

I absolutely love them. They're five stars, I couldn't be happier. I found them on Angie's List, and I'm thrilled to keep them. I think this is our second year with them. We have had a more commercially known service prior to Arbor-Nomics, not only did they not have the qualities that I rated, but they could not even get our billing right. What I love about Arbor-nomics is that they come when they say they're going to come, they do what they commit to do, and the price is very reasonable. I have the option of writing them a check or paying online, there's no extra cost to do that and they leave me a bill. On the bill, what I really like is that the tech writes a note about whats condition of the lawn, what he found, and if we need something. He's do things very professionally, and not telling us we need a lot of things we don't need. His communication is really excellent They also provided the lawn aeration, where they roll a device across the lawn and put little holes in the grass, and pull out plugs so that the grass could be better.

I've been with Arbor-Nomics for a few years now. Tried everyone else but where they really shine is in their customer service and responsiveness. They do a great job and I recommend them to anyone who will ask. They're not the cheapest in town but I'll bet they're the best in town. You'll get consistent results.

They are doing very well.They do good work, they offer a fair price, listen to what they say and be patient. Because fixing and development of a yard doesn't happen over night, it takes a while. IT takes about 15-20 minutes to complete. They always email me a report of any findings.

They've been coming out for years, and you can basically give them an A. I think they do a good job. I haven't priced compared them but I think they are probably reasonable. They came out two days ago. The total charge for that service was about 320.00. I'll give them an A grade, they do a good job. Ill think they are good quality. they show up the day they are going to show up. They really know their business. I would use them again, just one guy came out. Chemicals are not hard to mess up. I think that they keep a watch on whats going on with your lawn and advise you if there are any problems. They do a good job and i like them.

It went ok. Not great, still had new weeds popping up a year into treatments. The technician that performed the work never engaged with me and when I went to speak with him regarding the issues when I was home one day he was gone. I was waiting until he finished and when I got outside to speak with him he had already left. But I was outside multiple times and he made no attempt to speak with me regarding the yard and what could be done better.

So far, so good. Its a regular service we use for lawn care. Decent service, we use them for short term. So far we are happy with the results.

My husband is very satisfied. He shopped around for the prices. They come out whenever they have needed too. He hasn't had any problems. They don't really need us at the house. We will continue to use them, he has a whole list of things for them to take care of.

Continues to improve our lawn and flower beds.
