I couldn't be happier with Georgia Rodent Removal. Chad is prompt, his knowledge and expertise is beyond compare. I had been working with another company for almost two months with no results. Chad sealed up all of the entry points correctly. Set traps with the proper bait. And like magic in 36 hours...no more rats!!! Continued to come back everyday just to check on things. Chad saved my sanity!

Prompt and knowledgeable. Explored inside and out, to see where evidence of rats could be found, and took photos. Found places rats where were likely to get in and blocked them. Set traps in likely places. Total cost only $400.

Chad reached out to me a couple hours after I filled out an inquiry on a Sunday. He came out to take a look same day, and he knew what was going on almost immediately. Very knowledgeable and friendly! He came out on another Sunday to fix our gutters to make sure no critters could get back in. Highly recommend!

Very knowledgeable about bats. Placed an exclusion device on our porch peak which allowed bats to fly out but not back in. He promptly returned after all the bats were gone to treat the area and closed the access point so the bats cannot return. On time, good communication skills, very professional, excellent job!

Chad was very responsive in all stages of the work, and provided detailed photos before and after. I live out of state so timely emails and photos were essential. He was also very flexible with timing and payment.

Chad arrived when scheduled and impressed me with his knowledge of removing bats. He installed a one way door to remove the bats and it looks like the bats are gone. His price was reasonable.

Trapped a squirrel and didn't know it wouldn't be removed after it had died now it's smelling and have someone else coming out this evening. Money wasted
