Chad called us without delay, came to address the issue on the same day, thoroughly explained the process, completed the removal, sanitized the area, and placed a screen on the gable vent. I would totally recommend this company. Chad knows his business and honest. I had a couple of squirrels that came to visit in my attic. He inspected the exterior of my house, crawl space and attic. He found no evidence of any critters setting up shop inside my house and only had to seal a couple of areas of concern. Minimum charge and lifetime warranty! Can't beat that!

Chad was extremely helpful and professional and timely. He assessed the situation correctly and proceeded to complete the job without any further ado. Priced the lowest from multiple quotes. Was prompt and got to work as scheduled, friendly and professional...good guy. Not having had this type of work completed previously I assumed there would be a fix to the fascia... be sure you understand what the job entails and what is to be completed. I have no complaints but I assumed some carpentry work was to be completed as part of the project but it was not and only consisted of trapping (which did not result in a capture) and the coverage of fascia holes that the animal used to enter and exit the attic with metal screens. Peace of mind knowing nothing is in the attic is expensive but this provider was less expensive than others.

Prompt and professional. I had a possum in my house that needed to be removed. Did what I needed to have done and at an affordable price. Showed pictures of where the rodent was getting in and showed pictures of worked performed so the possum would not get back in. Would use him again.
