It went okay, eventually. It was probably $200 or $300 more. They did good work. There was a communication issue in terms of getting back to me. Of course, there was weather involved. So, some of that may not have been their fault. The quality of the work that they did was good.

The repairman was very knowledgeable, professional and personable. He completed all the work in a timely and satisfactory manner. I will continue to use this company for all future work and refer to friends.

They repaired a gutter. It is still collecting a bit of water in it. It's not as bad as it was before so they did repair it.

Gutters still sag. I even offered to pay more to get them really fixed but they did not seem interested. Also a leaky corner still leaks

Things went well with no issues. I purchased a deal for 2 hours of gutter and roof service, and everything went well. I just needed some quick adjustments on the gutters and didn't want to take the risk of going up on the roof myself.

They came back and redid it and did the rest of the work and didn't charge me because they had made a mistake on the first work. They came out but I had to pay the next company to put back on. They had fix what another company messed up when they did their work. When they made the mistake I had to call them several times. I had to call the owner of the company to get them back out to fix the problem. I think their customer service was horrible.

Provider visited the property on 9/21/2015, examined the issue and recommended tarring a section of the roof. where the leak existed. A day later it rained and the leak persisted. I contacted the provider and they are scheduled to revisit the property again to properly fix the issue. So far I'm very happy with this company: their professionalism and followup.

They were pretty good. They were okay. I wouldn't say they were great but they were okay. I wasn't thrilled with them. I probably would not use them in the future.

There was some confusion around scheduling but once that was worked out the team was on time and worked efficiently. The price was reasonable and I am considering scheduling the rest of the gutter replacement with them.

I took off of work on the morning of 7-24-15, to wait for their arrival. They were a no show. I was walking out the door to go to work just before noon, and received a phone call from them stating they were late but could be there in an hour. I told them it was too late because I was heading out the door for work. We agreed to reschedule for the morning of Wed, 7-29-15. They were a no show again and no phone call. I have not heard back from them since. If they can't keep an appointment or at least call, then I would expect their work to be just a s undependable.

Scheduling was a little difficult but final product was excellent.

This was an Angie's Deal: $99 for $250 of gutter work. I was missing 36' of gutter. Malcolm had scoped out the situation 2 weeks prior and scheduled installers for the afternoon of 8/4, why I gave them a medium rating on punctuality, as their truck came down my driveway at 11:50 a.m. I'm a night-worker, rarely up before noon, so nonplussed, but it was okay. As I'd particularly noticed arrival time, I also noticed that installers were in and out of here in under 30", rather astonishing. First they went up on the roof and blew crud out of all the gutters, which resulted in gutter-crud on the ground, and then they came down and blew hard-scape clean. Then replaced 2 stretches of gutter lickety-split, 6' in one place and ~30' in another; at first consternated by lack of a piece to hook gutter to downspout - might cost more, but then it didn't. These guys are fast, efficient, and nonobtrusive. Magnum is extremely busy, so it took awhile to get scheduled for service, but once they got here, they were Fast! Angie's deal was also excellent.

I bought a big deal for this service and it was good. I had no problems with them. They honored the $59 for the service.

Ok. Told us the roof looked fine.

We decided to have another company perform the roof replacement. We did not use Magnum Roofing. No reflection on their capabilities.

Magnum cleaned the gutters; installed the EZ solid gutter topper system and also repaired a gutter that had detached from the house. They cleaned up everything! The gutters have been through one rain storm and so far are working perfectly.

Workers were quick, thorough, polite and CLEAN. Excellent service.

It was fine. The contractor came at the designated time & completed the work in a timely manner.

Very prompt, he called ahead and notified me of the time he would be arriving. He was a very nice man and seemed to be very honest and upfront with the estimate. So far we are very pleased with their service and are considering them to replace our gutters and downspouts.
