Taylor ( David ) is a wonderful family owned small business for 21 years. David is very professional and also a real pleasure to work with. We had a water heater leak and they came out the next day. Perfect installation! Pricing wise they are a great value so we also replaced a second water heater that wasn't leaking but was near it end of life.

Very professional install

My water Heater died on Easter. I left a message. I received a call almost immediately. I texted my make and model of the water heater, received a quote and date of replacement of my choice immediately. Maybe 5 - 10 minutes before I got a can you call me when you have a chance on Easter ! The workers showed up on time replaced the unit hauled the old away. I paid the exact amount quoted which included all no hidden fees. I received a few quotes on home advisor this was the cheapest. I even called and changed the appointment no problem. I highly Taylor Plumbing. I will use them again if anything comes up. Thank you

Professional and friendly

The heater had a bad rod in it and it started leaking on the top of the heater which I knew was not a good thing at all, so I sent messages with pictures The guys were over an hour and a half away finishing up their last job of the day. They told me it would take about an hour and a half to get to me and they were really prompt. They contacted the Rheem folks to see what could be done and the problem with fixed and continues to be working fine It's great to get a Master plumber who knows how to deal with problems and stands behind their word of servicing the products that they install.

Called them on a Saturday for a broken water heater, having never used this company before. They were very responsive and had someone out to replace it by 9 a.m. Sunday morning. (The other company, which I have hired numerous times, and paid a lot of money to in the past didn't even call me back until Monday afternoon.)The price was very competitive, the plumber was professional and they cleaned up well afterwards. No complaints - and we have a new plumber.
