Taylor customer service, from start to finish was outstanding. Everything they did, and including follow up was unconventional. I cannot recommend them highly enough. My first phone call was to seek an estimate. Without hesitation, and with a few questions, I was sure they knew what they were doing. The work was excellent and they never skipped a beat. I am proud to recommend them. I gave them the highest recommendation for any service company.

They called right away when I submitted my request. They had great availabilities. They showed up when they said they would. The only thing is that I called with additional questions and left two messages, I did not get a return phone call, however they did answer all my questions during installation. They left the place clean and tidy. Price was affordable.

Went above and beyond to help with Home Depot warranty return. Left the work area cleaner than it was found.

David and his son from Taylor plumbing were very efficient and friendly. They fixed our water heater leak the same day. After they had left we had found another leak coming from another pipe and so I called them and he came back to check it out and ran up to the closest Home Depot to get a pipe to fix it! He never charged us after we asked and offered to pay for the part! He told us to give him a call back if there was anymore leaks. Thankfully everything was fixed and working properly! They were great, very responsive and took the time to answer all my questions. I found out that my water heater I was using to replace the old one was damaged, they went with me to homedepot to pickup a new one. The work quality looks great, they were very fast and efficient. This is my first time as a home owner and needing a plumber, this was a great experience and I would highly recommend them. The price was fair and much more affordable then one of the main plumbers in the area.
