They replaced my water heater fine. They did not tell me the replacement would not be hot enough for a 4 full bath house as the original was. We Didn?t find out until winter. The hottest setting does not provide enough hot water for all 4 baths in the morning. They should have schooled me on that to be sure I would be satisfied.

They were very professional and honest. They did the work they said they would for the price they quoted. All of my questions were answered quickly and I would use them again for my plumbing needs

I like supporting the mom and pops, the small guys, and these guys fit the bill. A husband and wife duo, the wife Angie might be the nicest person I've ever dealt with, I felt good about the money I spent. Plumbing is way too expensive - plumbers can charge whatever they want - especially in emergencies - I felt their pricing was fair. They were about $100 cheaper than everyone except my #1 guy referred by a friend, but he was out of town and couldn't do the work. They were transparent, which I appreciate, as a few kept giving me ranges that were subject to change "once they got in there", as I was quoted by one guy. Communication and punctuality was great, and Angie text me every step of the way. Good people that I would recommend to a friend.

They were very easy to work with and Angela was very responsive when I had questions. Their rate is the lowest by far but the quality is great. Especially given the nature of a water heater replacement. It would be easy to â take advantageâ of a homeowner in a time sensitive repair but I did not get that feeling at all.

Rheem water heater purchased and installed by Taylor in October 2020. Ignitor assembly failed in June 2021. After 8 days, (after paying for expedited part shipmnent from Rheem) still trying to get Taylor to come out and repair. No updates on timing unless I call or text. I was last promised service today, this afternoon for sure. It is now 8 pm. No update after waiting around the house all day. I assume tomorrow?

They did not complete the job and they raise the price on me after they gave me a price before

He arrived on time, assessed my situation (slightly unusual). Though the new water heater was in a pristine box, upon opening it was fairly significantly damaged on the top. He didn't even consider installing it. Though he had to leave to get a replacement, all was done as efficiently as possible. These things happen sometimes and the mark of a good tradesman is how he handles it. In this case it was handled perfectly. He had to do a bit of metalwork (my water heater is on a stand that didn't quite fit the new heater), but that was done without hassle. I did some pretty extensive pricing beforehand and their quote was not only very reasonable, but adhered to without question. Of course I hope to not HAVE to use Taylor again, but if needed they'll be my first call!

Needed a hot water heater replaced, called at 6pm Tuesday evening and they responded in less than 3 minutes, quoted me a very fair price and their installers came out the following afternoon and installed the new one.

Taylor Plumbing responded quickly to my call made after the 5 pm and the plumber was at my place very next morning by 10 am with the new Water Heater. He replaced the leaking water heater with the new one he brought within 2 hours and wiped the area clean and neat. I was very impressed with his workmanship.

Showed up on time did job answered all my questions, wonderful experience will use again if needed.

Great customer service. They called within 5 minutes of me requesting a quote, which was around 9pm. Another place called the next day, but said they do not give quotes over the phone and needed to come out before they could tell me anything. There's no time for that in a pinch. Taylor had me text pics of my water heater which was leaking (gushing actually!), along with the sticker and confirmed a price immediately.
