They came the next day for my water heater. The price they quoted on the phone was the price I paid. No mystery add on or upsell. They were also the lowest price I was quoted.

Angie was so nice in helping us get a quick appointment. Our 24 year old water heater died. Also the technician who came out gave us news that our community will be hooked up for gas soon. Wahoo!! Great service.

Great communication! They followed up with me and answered the phone anytime I called. Their quote couldn't be beat for replacing a water heater. They also didn't up the price with "extra this or that" like the other guys. If I have plumbing needs in the future, will absolutely hire from again. I trust they know their stuff.

Left old water heater out on my driveway promised to come back the next day to pick it up but did not. Eventually came by 2 days later To pick up the old water heater. Overpriced $200 above what the most famous search engine sites as standard installation on an easy job.

I'm extremely pleased with my experience with Taylor Plumbing. I have a rental property in Atlanta and live out of state. I was getting little response from my property management company same came on HomeAdvisor to find a reputable plumber to replace a hot water heater that had leaked. Submitted the request for service early AM and received a call from Taylor before 9AM, scheduled an appointment for Noon and they arrived at 11:45. They installed a new hot water heater in less than two hours. David and crew member cleaned up all the debris and removed the old unit. I'm very happy with the service and professionalism.
