David is very experienced - came on time, did the work fast and code compliant, cleaned up and left. He went out of his way to advise upon other things (toilet) which was not working correctly. Very trustworthy, and unbeatable pricing.

What initially attracted me to Taylor Plumbing, was their very competitive and reasonable pricing compared to other companies. I called them and they were very polite, even encouraging me to do my due diligence by shopping around. I did and came right back to them. I spoke to Angie on Tuesday evening and they were available to get my water heater installed on Wednesday morning. They showed up on time. Better yet, they offered to upgrade me from a 40 gallon to a 50 gallon heater at the same reasonable price! David and Brandon were extremely warm and courteous. The work was completed in a timely manner, and they offered some invaluable advice about other unrelated routine maintenance stuff. They were clearly trying to help and it showed. They are not in this business for just the money. They showed genuine concern and care for their customer. If I ever have any other plumbing issue that I need to take care of in the future, Taylor Plumbing will be my first call. I highly and wholeheartedly recommend them.

Called me in less than a minute from the time I requested a quote on Home Advisor. I was given an estimate on the phone for complete installation to include the gas heater, labor, materials, any modifications to bring the system to code, and disposal of old heater. They arrived on time, completed the job in about two hours, and charged exactly what they provided as estimate. Very satisfied with the service provided.
