The technicians were friendly and very professional ours was a tricky job (water heater in a very tight spot) and they didn t complain once. Price quoted was several hundred lower than other bidders, and the newly installed water heater was of a higher quality than what others intended to use. Very satisfied, A+++ thank you, Taylor!

Arrived early, job took longer than expected due to complex existing plumbing. They had to redo plumbing mess and add additional items to bring it up to code. Happy with work and they did not charge extra for the extra work.

I needed a very old water heater replaced before it quit completely. I had three previous estimates, which were all higher than Taylor Plumbing - and, Taylor hauled away the old one! Also, they were able to work with me around my work schedule. They arrived a bit earlier than promised and I had lots of hot water when they were done! I will call them again, if I need any plumbing work.

I found out about Taylor Plumbing through a Clark Howard link. I called on behalf of my mother whose water heater went out. Although under warranty , we contacted Superior Plumbing (the people who installed the water heater) They stated the install fee would cost over $1,000. A complete rip off. We decided to go with Taylor plumbing. The install price was reasonable but the top feature of Taylor Plumbing is their human touch and compassion. I can't stop boasting about this husband and wife team. Very kind and professional. We were not asking for a hand out but the quotes we got from other plumbing companies were outrageous. Thank you Taylor Plumbing! Mom can't stop boasting about the two gentleman that came to the house. Mom is on a fixed income and you guys made it possible to install the new water heater. You earned moms trust and that says a lot.
