Showed up promptly and installation appeared to be okay

We needed our water heater replaced, someone called with in a few minutes and they were there the next morning to replace my water heater at a a very reasonable price.

We had an emergency water heater replacement. Angie Taylor called within a few minutes. David Taylor came in a little over two and a half hours. He did a wonderful job. Our house was built in 1931 and often gives contractors headaches. David installed the new water heater and hauled the old one away in a little over two hours. I would highly recommend Taylor Plumbing.

Arrived on day and time promised, quality work, professional installation. So, far hot water tank is functioning as needed. Courteous and customer focused organization.

I needed to know the price, not have someone come out for $50 and give me an estimate... Last time I had an emergency unit for a rental property, it was way over priced but that was a different company... Taylor was right down to earth, clear on price which allowed me to get the right unit I needed. It did not come with an over flow tray as I see in the photo here but I've never had an over flow problem (knock on wood).

They were very reasonable with charges and 3 guys came and had the water heater replaced with an hour and were very professional. They obviously knew what they were doing and made sure I was happy and informed before they left. I will use them for all my future plumbing needs!

They came on time, 3 guys got out of their truck and began working with the precision skills of a NASCAR pit crews. One went to shut off the water while the other started to drain the tank and the third started disconnecting the pipes. It was amazing just to watch. In no time I had a brand new water heater. And it was ALL done with hard COPPER PIPE, none of this flex hose and compression connections stuff. I need to give credit to their support group(the office) I communicated mostly by email. My questions were answered almost as fast as I could send them. When they were done I was charged exactly the price they had quoted me, not like most companies that try to gouge you with all kinds of ;bring it up to code thing. All of that was included. I own a property management company and I often need to get water heaters replaced. These guys did a great job and I will use them again.

Needed a hot water heater. They came the same day and got it done. The guys were great!!

Quick response and were flexible in setting up the service time. Got scheduled more quickly then expected and were very competitive with all (and were better than most) quotes I received. Showed up on time and allowed me to ask questions while they worked. Got everything drained, replaced and hooked up quicker than expected and price was exactly as quoted.
