Hello. I got about 5-6 quotes and they were the most reasonable in price and very eager to get the job done. Angie was a great communicator on the phone and David led the team of three men who changed out the leaking water heater in less than an hour start to finish. Granted I sped up the job by emptying the tank ahead of time, knowing what I needed, shutting off the water and gas, and sending pictures of current install and model info. I would recommend contacting them if you live on the west side of metro Atlanta.

Taylor's performance was top notch! They worked around my schedule, showed up on time at my house very prepared, and completed the work in a very reasonable amount of time. They picked up my heater at Home Depot. The first unit was badly damaged and Hector took the unit back for another one while George disconnected the old unit, and prepped for the new unit. Everything was fully tested and is working as intended. Also got some great tips on maintaining the unit and the particulars on operation from the guys. Awesome install. Customer Service was tops as well. Angie kept me up to date and provided an all-inclusive quote over the phone based on my particular situation. No hidden fees and their work is guaranteed. Highly recommend and will use again for any plumbing needs.

I contacted them early in the morning. They responded right away, asked me for pictures and talked about the problem and options with me. My water heater was more than 19 years old, so it was clear that a replacement is needed. By noon they were able to come, remove the old water heater and install a new one. The price was what they quoted and everything was done fast and very well. It was a pleasure from start to finish.

Angie was calling me within a minute of submitting my quote request on Home Advisor. I explained to her what a couple of other companies had advised was needed (nothing I disputed...our hot water heater was outdated, not working properly with a pressure over 100 and needing replacement). She didn't dance around the idea of sending someone out to upsell me on a bunch of unnecessary stuff. She was to-the-point with pricing for replacement with the same type of unit. However, she was one of two (out of five) vendors we met that included the replacement of ALL parts and components so that we had an entirely new system to last us 12+ years, but her quote came in between $100-500 less than three vendors that were not replacing everything and $900 less compared to the one other vendor that was going to do so. David and his son came out to do the install. They were very friendly, professional and efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They were the first to respond to a quote request (at 6 PM)! Their pricing is very good and customer service and workmanship even better. The water heater was replaced in about 2 hours. I highly recommend Taylor Plumbing!
