The owners Mr. and Mrs.Taylor were very courteous and professional. The helper and installer of Mr. Taylor demonstrated his expertise as well. For me, this was a comforting feeling for me to absorb. There were no hidden surprises and they showed up early with face masks ready to work. Thanks for an excellent job well done!

Was not happy with installation of HW tank. Did a botched up job of hw outlet connection that started leaking after two days. They did however came back to fix the leak after.

The technicians came early and was very courteous and professional. They performed the required replacement with accuracy and in a timely fashion. There were no hiccups and I would recommend them to my friends and family.

They came in and got right to work. They informed me as to what they were doing. I would highly recommend them.

They provided an estimate to change out my water heater in advance (after viewing a picture of my existing WH in place), and met the estimate. No upcharges, professional and courteous installers, and I got a higher quality unit installed for below what I would have paid with a home improvement chain. Also was installed the very next day after I contacted them Will use Taylor for any future work!

This was my first time using this company and I was very impressed. From the beginning with the scheduling and the information I received to the end when they left after replacing my water heater. They showed up on time the technicians were friendly professional and respectful. I definitely will use them again.

I was very impressed with the work that was performed at my home. I had a new hot water heater installed and the job was done to perfection. They left the area where they replaced the tank cleaner and neater then they found it. I will use this company for all my plumbing needs.

If only all customer support personnel were like Angie and all contractors were like David, the business world would be much better!! To start with, Angie called me within 5 minutes of placing my request on Home Advisor, and this was after 9pm! The rest of the contractors called me a day or two AFTER the job had already been completed. During the initial call, Angie's mannerisms and knowledge were great and at full display. She navigated me through the options which allowed me to make an informed decision and also arrive at a great price point. She also acceded, without hesitation, to my request of next day installation. Although I agreed a time-frame of anytime after 1pm, David arrived in time, which left me scrambling to be properly attired before I could open the door! He was very considerate by wearing a mask before entering my house and during the entire installation period. The water heater replacement was professionally done, in less than 2 hours, and the work area meticulously cleaned thereafter. Needles to say that I am a very happy customer and would greatly recommend David and Angie's services.
