They are by far very prompt with providing quote, no vague "need to inspect first if up to code". You get to know what you are signing up for upfront. The plumbers were very experienced and friendly. Answered all my questions and even offered to help out if and ever I have issues or questions about my water heater. Once honest business in my experience so far.

Crew did a good job at changing my tank out and replacing the PRV valve. Had 160 psi going into my house. Everything is back to normal. Much more affordable than other quotes I've got for the same project. Owner is a very down to earth guy and his wife is very friendly over the phone with setting up the appointment. I love to support family owned business vs large companies. I recommend Taylor Plumbing and Mechanical.

From the first phone call yesterday through the installation of the new water heater at 1:30 today, it has been flawless. It is a family owned business and they are so responsive, great prices compared to others, show up on time, did exactly what they promised, cleaned up, we paid them and off they went. We are very happy. From first phone call to perfectly installed water heater, was less than 24 hours. Fabulous experience.
