Greatest customer service I have ever got on a request for any repair or install requests. This was a install a new water heater. 10 minute response from the first request on homeAdvisor , Taylor beat all other quotes. The install time was 1 day later, Angie kept my updated constantly. The team showed up and two installers worked from the time they got there until the install was completed 2 hours later. That included removing the old water heater, a very tight location, and installing the new water heater. Top notch team from customer service to install team. I want to thank them for being fair priced , timely, and professional. My wife and I will be repeat customers. I will recommend Taylor Plumbing to my friends and neighbors.

Just needed a new water heater ASAP, old one leaking in basement. Taylor was the first to call back, decided to use them. They were courteous, efficient and professional. Had to call their office to pay bill with credit card. Suggested the technicians get chip card readers to pay the bill onsite.
