Most services are covered by NAPA's 6 months same as cash for qualifying individuals. All our technicians are ASE certified and most of our team has tenure at well over 10 years. This part is mind blowing.
NAPA called and said the car was ready. We went to pick it up and paid the bill, pretty simple. They clearly were able to fix the problem as they stated with no issues. (they mentioned no issues when I paid them either).
Upon walking to the car I noticed some paper wedged in the inside and outside of the window rubber glide. At first I thought maybe that this was to hold in place the glue or something. Well that was NOT the case, WEDGING TORN CARBOARD AND PAPER INTO THE WINDOW GLIDE WAS THEIR SOLUTION! Of course I went back inside and they told me that was the best they could do they were not willing to refund my money because they spent time with this ( ridiculous ) fix.
In any case I would recommend that you stay away from this business especially if you have to let this type of terrible work and arrogance under your hood on something real important.
Note: I am unsure of the exact date and amount because I wasn't going to waste any more of my time on this but of course Angie's list kept asking. My uncertainty of the date and amount should not discredit the fact that NAPA is a NO GO if you are smart. I couldn't care less if they try to refute this because I am done with NAPA except I am still angry every time I drive by this place.
"We advised Mr [Member Name Removed] that the regulator/motor assembly needed replaced Mr [Member Name Removed] declined to have the work done he asked to to have the window in the up position we advised we we could wedge something in it but no guarantees."
