This part is mind blowing. NAPA called and said the car was ready. We went to pick it up and paid the bill, pretty simple. They clearly were able to fix the problem as they stated with no issues. (they mentioned no issues when I paid them either). Upon walking to the car I noticed some paper wedged in the inside and outside of the window rubber glide. At first I thought maybe that this was to hold in place the glue or something. Well that was NOT the case, WEDGING TORN CARBOARD AND PAPER INTO THE WINDOW GLIDE WAS THEIR SOLUTION! Of course I went back inside and they told me that was the best they could do they were not willing to refund my money because they spent time with this ( ridiculous ) fix. In any case I would recommend that you stay away from this business especially if you have to let this type of terrible work and arrogance under your hood on something real important. Note: I am unsure of the exact date and amount because I wasn't going to waste any more of my time on this but of course Angie's list kept asking. My uncertainty of the date and amount should not discredit the fact that NAPA is a NO GO if you are smart. I couldn't care less if they try to refute this because I am done with NAPA except I am still angry every time I drive by this place.

I appreciated the estimate and the courtesy shuttle they provide, this actually was the first service provider that really worked hard to pinpoint my exact problem. The only issue I had is that I could not get the service done there because they were about 150.00 to 200.00 over on the price from other service providers on the list. I believe it is because NAPA parts are really expensive. I would still return in the future if I needed work done, because of their professionalism, but could not give them a A on price for this particular service needed.

They got it done on time and on budget. They were very flexible with my schedule. I couldn’t get it started so I had to reschedule 3-4 times, but they were very accommodating and professional about it.

This was my son's vehicle. They tested the cooling system and explained what needed to be replaced. They also explained that after the work is completed and the system retested, there may still be a remaining problem. They provided transportation back to my home .Within a few hours they called me and said that the work was completed and there was no further problems. (There are many dealers who will come up with "another problem"). My vehicle is running fine and I am satisfied.

mechanics kept me knowledgeable about repair. repair was fast and the cost was fair. Also offers shuttle service which helped me to continue to work while my care was being service. I was happy with their service.

My car requires higher grade of oil. I go there because it is convenient to me, location wise. They seemed to be very upfront and very honest. I don't feel like they are taking advantage of me as a woman. They explain everything to me. If something doesn't need to be fixed right away, they tell me that. It is not like that it has to be done now because they want the money. They are very good about telling what needs to be done. Once I had to take my car in four times and they said that if they couldn't fix it this time then they will refund the money. I feel they are very honest. They want me to be happy and they want me to go back.

We use them for all of our car maintenance and absolutely love them. They are a full-service automotive repair shop, so we do not have to go anywhere else! We always get great service and the staff is very friendly.

The Ford Dealer wanted several hundred dollars just to do the 30,000 mile check. I was shocked because mostly it's just a list of things to check without much real work done, and didn't seem worth the cost. I found this company on Angie's List and I am so glad! They were courteous, the price was great, the waiting area was clean, and everyone seemed very pleasant and professional. 2 people in the waiting area said they had been going there for years and loved the service. I will be going back!

Great service. Very professional. Up front about price and repairs. I met the owners, Fred and Melinda, who seemed to genuinely care about the customers and employees. Fred mentioned that the employees have been here anywhere from 5 to 10 years, which tells me a lot about their shop. Fred also informed me that they are AAA approved, that Clark Howard did a TV news segment on AAA approved shops, and only a handful met the requirements in the Atlanta area. I also found out that Sam Memmolo on AM 640 recommends them as well. All the technicians are ASE certified. From my experience, I have faith in their abilities and honesty. They also have a great warranty of 12,000 miles / 1 year. Premier also has rental cars. This is definitely a one stop shop! I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a shop!
