We have a very large, three-level house, and the work was difficult. The cost was reasonable. The gutters look great and our lawn was so clean we couldn't tell they had been there. We are no longer having drainage problems. We are very happy with the work and the results!

Everything was excellent. They were friendly, and they got done in a timely manner.

It is a small company and the owner came out and talked to us. He had good reviews on Angies List. He was very informative and gave a discount for members of Angies List. He did a great job a couple of days later.

THE OWNER ARRIVED ON TIME. HAD MATCHED COLOR OF HOUSE TRIM BEFORE COMING IN. COMPETITOR ASKED ME WHAT COLOR DID I WANT (?) . GAVE CLEAR DEFINITION OF WORK TO BE PERFORMED. VERY GOOD PRICE WITH ANGIE'S LIST DISCOUNT. WORK COMPLETED PROMPTLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. VERY,VERY PLEASED.

The owner, Jon Tremain provided 2 quotes. One to replace entire gutter system and another to repair exsisting problems. We chose to repair for now and perhaps replace in a few years. The crew was on time, got right to work and completed the job in a timely and professional. Because it did not take as long as quoted the owner was will to reduce the charge to less than the quoted amount. I would definately use this company when I need to replace the gutters.

Hire these guys! The front gutter on my house was destroyed on 1/10/11 by the aftermath of the recent snow/ice storm. I called Gutter Creations on Monday night; Jon Tremain called be back immediately and said he could have the gutter replaced by Friday 1/14/11, depending on the weather and road conditions. We discussed gutter dimensions and colors and Jon gave me the price on the spot. ( They do have a minimum of $195, which applied in my case, but the Angie's List discount also applied.) The weather cleared a bit and on noon Friday Antonio showed up and replaced the gutter. He was very professional and skilled and answered all my questions. After Antonio finished, Jon sent me an invoice by email and I paid him on the phone with my Visa card. The prompt response was critical since I was leaving town shortly and had to have the gutter replaced ASAP. Gutter Creations really came through for me.

We spent between $500 and $1,000 on that work. They guy was great. He came out and he was very persuasive and seemed to be a pretty straight shooter. The actual work that was done, I think could have been done better. It was sloppy, but the guy did make an effort to have them come out a second time to fix what they forgot and did not do. Their responsiveness was pretty good. The guy that came out and gave us the estimate, I believe was the owner of the company and he was extremely professional. The people they sent out to do the work were not very professional.

After contacting 3 gutter replacement companies in the Atlanta Metro area, John Tremain (Gutter Creations owner) had the best price (a 25% spread from highest to lowest, with Gutter Creations being the lowest) and seemingly most practical recommendations for replacement of my gutters to fit my needs - previous ones on part of the house were cheap vinyl and falling apart, whereas the rest of the house has high-end gutter helmet type, but I did not want to spend a bunch of money to match the others. John recommended 6-inch aluminum with bolt-on screen gutter guards, which look fine. Gutter creations uses sub-contractors, and the crew that came was very hard working, did the job well and professionally, cleaned up, and made things look a little better than when they arrived. They even came upon an area of rotten facia board, which they took the time to run get the materials to repair it, and did a nice job overall. I mostly worked with John over the phone, as far as schedule, cost, the facia board replacement, and getting him money for the final bill. He was very good to work with over the phone and runs a professional small company, which I very much like. He also seems to be fair, reasonable, and concerned with providing very good customer service by keeping things fairly simple. I would use Gutter Creations again - their quality of work, value, and overall professionalism was exactly what I expected...and then some.

Initial visit was very professional and information provided was to the point (i.e., not a lot of idle chatter). Estimator knows his product. Gutters were installed about 4 days after quote. Crew returned 3 days later to connect a couple of new downspouts to the existing underground drainage system. Thus far, I am very pleased with my new gutters!

They worked twice for us and did a great job. They also gave us 10% discount because we are an Angie's List member. I think their service was good and their quality of work seems to be just fine. They arrived when they said they would, did the job in minimum amount of time and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them. Their pricing was right on the ballpark.

They were good. They came out and saw the problem and came back out and fixed the problem. It took a little time for them to come out. The price was reasonable.

The owner thoroughly explained my options, the job was scheduled 3 days after I called to confirm, the work was complete in 2 days. So far, I am very satisfied.

It went well. They have a reasonable trip charge and were thorough. The pre-work communication was great.

They were on time and at work when I came by the house to see what they were doing. I was a little disappointed in that I felt like I had to push them to really make sure they took off all the rotten wood. In fairness to them, I came while they were working but in 1 place it was not until I made them stop and examine the wood did they rip it off - they were already trying to install a gutter in that area. They had a good 8 or more people on site and the clear goal was to finish my job in 1 day - which they did but I think if I had not visited when I did I would have had less replacement wood that I wanted. Another thing that surprised me was they borrowed a paint scraper and paint brush from me. There was a bit of an English language barrier also. There were 2 small leaks that developed when it rained 2 days later. Jon sent people back over and they fixed one of the spots and the 2 spot was determined to be more of a roof issue needing a small repair. Jon seemed to say they did not do roof work ( despite his sign ) or only did full roof jobs not small repairs.

After receiving several estimates for gutter replacement we settled on Gutter Creations because of the professional way Jon Tremain handled everything. From being on time for the free estimate to clean up after the job everyhing went great. We had to delay a day because of rain but his guys were there early the next day and finished in under 3 hours. The price,we thought,was very reasonable and he honored the 10% discount offered from Angie's list. We have a lifetime warranty and feel like we can count on Jon should any problem arise.

Jon Tremain came out to estimate the job and was highly professional. Gutter Creations also manufactures their own gutter "guard" system and even though it has not rained I'm hopeful that their system will work. Overall the crew was very fast and efficient.

Representative came out to the house to measure and give an immediate estimate. Crew that came later installed quickly and cleaned everything up well, and disposed of the old gutters. Considerable rain since and no problems.

Called a few companies for bids. Two never showed for estimate. One did show but, turned-off by high pressure sales tactic (4/18 Talylor Construction review). Called Jon at Gutter Creations, very professional, came out and did estimate, gave me quote, very reasonable. Repairs made on date agreed on and for quoted amount. Gutter Creation did an awesome job! Extremely satisfied with their work!

They did a great great job. Came when they said they would did what they said they were going to do. Scheduling was a small sticky issue but nothing that would keep me from using them again.

Gutter Creations did a very good job. I was glad that I found them on Angies List, because they did such a good job. I am going to have them come back to do some other repairs on our house as well here soon.

Very easy to work with. I called the office, John came out and gave me a quote. He did not require me to meet him and force as sales pitch. We scheduled the work and the completed it in two days. Everything looks great.

Chad, the person that did the work, was kind and polite. The job was suppose to be done the following week but the guy came out that Friday (which I spoke to them on Tuesday I think). I like the fact that John who did the estimation of the work answered the phone because a lot of the people I called took to long to return my call. However, that was about the only thing I liked. They did not call or warn me they were coming (as told), the guy just showed up. Then, he replace the gutters and put gutter guards but did not fix where the roof was coming apart which the old gutter was attached too, he just put some screws in it and pushed the gutter guard under the roofing material. Chad had to come back out to patch the whole up on the side of the house, which resulted from removing and replacing the old gutters, but he replaced it with a piece of tin foil. The only reason he did not do it while he was their the first time is because he said it was not in the work order.
