Description of Work: Enhance floors replaced the carpet on my staircases and did great, quality work. The carpet looks great, and they gave me a fair price for the quality of the work performed. The installation doesn't have any unsightly seams and the installers worked quickly. The owner came out to do the initial estimate and he was friendly and wrote up the estimate very quickly after taking some measurements. The installation guys didn't speak great English, which was the only downside, but I could definitely understand them without much trouble. All in all, a great experience. Would definitely use them again!

Description of Work: Enhance Floors and More installed carpeting in my finished basement. They were very professional and informative on my carpet selection and the customer service is excellent. They are very trustworthy and consultative in their approach and I did not feel like they were just trying to sell me something. I much prefer to do business with them vs. a big box store.

Description of Work: Installed new laminate flooring throughout the house, except the kitchen. Workers were very punctual; finished the job in two full days. We are very satisfied with all aspects of this experience.

Description of Work: Overall, we had a great experience with Enhance. We had our entire home refloored with solid hardwoods. Given the size and cost of the project, we received 3 separate quotes (50 Floors, Costco, and Enhance). To our surprise, Enhance was the cheapest of the 3. While 50 floors was very close in price, their product included in the estimate was a lower grade/builder grade material with a very limited warranty. That said, we were thrilled when Enhance's price was lower and the product we used was much better (Mohawk Rockingham gun stock). | |The installation went well (4 days). We had only a few minor followup items and Enhance was very responsive and quick to resolve them. One worry I had going into the install were hidden costs related to sub floor prep that would be required, but couldn't be estimated until the existing floor material was removed. Since I knew we had leveling issues in a few areas, I knew some prep work would be required, but I had no idea what it would cost. That said, I was concerned. However, the sub floor cost was very reasonable ($500). This included leveling the floor in 7 areas and some major sanding down stairs. | |Overall, we are thrilled and would highly recommend them.
