Coolray Heating & Air Conditioning

This was the first time I have ever used their services. They were on time and had great customer service. They completed all the work within a week.

They were prompt and courteous. They did a thorough job of explaining the process to me.

It was an excellent experience. Our air conditioner went out on a Friday night and they were here on Saturday. They were so professional. They did the job in a timely manner. I am completely happy with them and would recommend them.

Overall everything was absolutely fantastic!!! COOLRAY ROCKS! After finding them on Angie's List, I went to Coolray's website where I signed up online for an appointment for a tech to come out. This was Wednesday night I made the online appointment. Thursday morning a rep. called me to confirm my appointment for Friday 8AM - 12PM. Later on Thursday, another Coolray rep. called to remind me of the tech coming out. Friday morning Jimmy called 45 mins before showing up. When he showed up, he got to working and did the job without trying to rip me off. He even check my other unit coolant charge at no additional charge.

My air went out and when I called they came out that day. They were able to band-aid the problem until the part came in and then came back once the part came in to fix it.

The Coolray reps were very professional and courteous, as always. I am VERY disappointed, however, that the technician observed the problem and immediately said that unless he could locate its source in the attic or other readily accessible area, they would not be able to help me. Of course, since my husband had already checked the lines in the attic, the tech found nothing up there. He suggested I call a plumber as my next step, but I believe my husband and I will just cut through the garage wall and deal with it ourselves. I'm upset that I paid $69 for a service call, only to have the tech tell me that they don't fix the type of problem that I knew I had before he even set foot on the property. I believe the telephone reps should make it clear to customers in advance, that NO repairs will be undertaken on leaks that occur behind walls. If I had been told that, I would not have scheduled this service call, lost $69 and a day without a/c, and still need to repair the problem myself. Many customers would no doubt still schedule the service, because they wouldn't have been able to do any work themselves to track down the source of the leak. For people like us, though, this was a pure waste of time and money.

They're very good. We've used them 3 times in the last 3 years.

It's the first time we ever had the service performed, but everything seemed to go fine. We were given one price and not up sold on anything else. They were efficient and explained everything they did.

Took 3 quotes; all were close but they were low bidder by small margin. So far, so good. Well pleased.

Over the past 4 years CoolRay and their Plumbing division (Mr.Plumber) has replaced my entire heating, cooling, & plumbing throughout the house consisting of 3 full levels including the pipework from the house to the street level main line. They have done small jobs from backed-up toilets to large jobs replacing my water heater and entire air conditioning system and piping. They have not always been the lowest quote but their professionalism and honesty are worth what they charge. I have had several contractors give me pricey quotes on parts and systems I didn't need. CoolRay has always been honest, and even saved me money on some installs. They're not pushy either. I have purchased maintenance plans on everything but their work is professional and I have yet to need anything else. I love that they come and replace my HVAC filters semi-annually! Combined with their repeat customer discounts, quick turn-arounds, and great service, I highly recommend both CoolRay and Mr.Plumber!

We liked them so much that we signed up for a service contract with them. They have great customer service.

The customer service rep was polite and professional. The technician arrived as promised and they responded the day I phoned with the problem that the furnace would not ignite.

Very professional and good work quality. Technicians showed up at appointed time. Only one hiccup: they tried to reschedule work at the last minute due to an unforeseen event on their part, however, when I explained that their work had to be coordinated with other contractors they reassigned my request to another technician.

I thought the price was extremely steep for the job.

They are very good about calling ahead, so I can be at home in time to meet with the service technician. I pay the company yearly and signed up for a two year contract after they installed the new units.

They were very quick about it and pretty clean as well. They rebuilt the ducts very professionally. They were very courteous, explanatory, and were cheaper than most companies. I recommend them.

They're very thoughtful and they offer a very responsive service. I also feel that they're very honest and that they only do what they're supposed to do without trying to overcharge you with additional fees.

The quality of their work was excellent. They charged a fair price for the work provided and the plumbers were polite and on time for their appointment. They were also very willing to answer any questions we had about the work they were performing.

I don t remember what they charged me but I really liked the fact that they guaranteed their work like this. I didn't have to pay anything the second time and I was really happy about that. They are clean, very prompt and I highly recommend them.

I was very pleased with Coolray Heating Cooling & Plumbing. The serviceman who came was named Shawn and he came on time and repaired the problem in about 2 seconds. He was a nice guy and was very professional. I did end up signing for an annual contract which I think will be a good deal.

They did an excellent job and I would recommend their service to others. They were here at the time scheduled, they were very polite and they worked very diligently. There were no problems with the installation.

They are very reliable and have a personal approach and that is why we chose them. They are very quick to respond and I never feel like they are looking for something to be wrong when they are looking at the units. I have never had any problems with the units either since we have been using them so I feel that they really know what they are doing. I am very confident with the technicians.

They did not show up on one of the days and there was one issue but they came right back out to fix it. They did a good job and I would use them again.
