The installation went fine. They had to call someone to bring them extra ducting. (Didn't quite understand why they would not have enough supplies to complete a job, but it didn't take long to get here). I was not quite prepared for the installation to take as long as it did. I guess I didn't ask the right question to get the approximate length of time it would take to replace our unit. I had planned to do some outside work, that couldn't be completed with all the equipment parts and pieces in our driveway, so got delayed in getting that project started.

Everything went great, Gene ordered parts and returned and completed repair order.

I received estimated from a few vendors. They offered me a fair price with a great understanding so I hired them for the job. It went very well. The installers were great and very nice.

They indicated that someone would be out that afternoon, and would call first. Confirmed cell number to be used.Called in twice and confirmed that someone was still on the way - and they named the person who would be coming that day. Turned away another company's call as I thought Coolray had already worked us in for that day. However, there was no show, no call. I kept thinking perhaps they were running late, as they do have late hours. Called the next morning around opening to be told they wrote down the wrong phone number and cancelled the service. They did offer to schedule me during late afternoon that day, but I was able to get someone else out instead, though that did leave me looking for service on a holiday. It could have just been a mistake; but it wasn't realized with several calls in, and I had just reconfirmed the appointment before they say they called the wrong number. It was frustrating, and while I understand the easy mistake, there are also ways to avoid that since their entire appointment depends on the number.

We have used this company for more than 20 years. They are punctual, professional, and clean up after themselves. In the 20 years we've used them, we've only had one concern about the proposed work, and they sent a supervisor back to review the issue and resolved it to our satisfaction.

CoolRay sent 2 guys out for the job. They removed the old units and hauled them away. Install a new pad for the outside Condensers and leveled the units.The evaporators had to be moved forward slightly and this created an issue with the flue. This was corrected with a phone call they made and had someone bring out more flue/ chimney.The other problem was a leak in the copper line. The siding on the house was replaced and a nail was driven into the copper line. The service techs found and repaired the line.

THe HVAC in the condo had stopped working Saturday night. Coolray was one of the few places that offered Sunday service calls. I called Coolray Sunday morning and they were able to have a technician visit within a few hours. He was courteous and patient while we determined the best way for him to get to my outdoor a/c unit, which is not easily accessible. He quickly diagnosed the problem; some ants had gotten into the electronics and were blocking an electrical contact. He cleared them out and got the A/C working right away. No parts were needed, the only cost was to pay for a technician to visit. I was glad to pay it to have A/C on a hot muggy Sunday.

Their service was great. Their installation was great and was very fast. They got it installed and I was very pleased with them.

Mr Plumber Coolray was a little pricey. He was pushing installing a new unit the whole time, but my current unit only had a small problem.

I am happy with their service. Everything is working out good for me.

Arrived for the appointment promptly and professionally assessed the problem. The repair ended up costing less than expected which was definitely a welcomed surprise. Their honesty and integrity were refreshing. At this juncture, I wouldn't even think about calling anyone else for future need of an hvac guy. Thanks for a great job!

They were prompt and very helpful; I have a maintenance agreement and they reminded me when I needed to have maintenance done. We will continue to use them.

I have had a maintenance agreement with Coolray for the past two years. My experience with them has been great---from scheduling appointments to the actual maintenance performed. I always specifically ask for my technician, Dale, who always does such a great job making sure the system---which is old--continues to run. Here are just a few reasons why I continue to renew my maintenance contract with them: 1) Ease of scheduling Appointments: You can schedule online or on the phone. If you schedule online they will call you to confirm the appointment time. 2) Professionalism of Technicians: The technician that I had, Dale, not only made sure the system worked properly but explained the process. 3) Customer Service: Even though they provide a window of time when the technician will be there, they call when the technician is on his way. They even call if the time needs to be pushed back so you're not waiting all day. 4) Follow Up: They have great follow up skills. They follow up for to make sure the service appointment went well. They also follow up when your maintenance contract is about to expire. Overall, I am pleased with my experience and will continue to use them.

CoolRay's Technician, Stan A., was prompt and professional. He took time to explain the issue and answered my questions about this repair and new systems. Currently, we are planning to replace our current system within the next two years as newer, higher efficiency inverter technology becomes available. CoolRay will be at the top of my list when the time comes to replace our system.

A/C went out during the night of 7/3/12. Called various companies at 7AM and only Coolray was able to commit to fitting us in on a standby basis since we did not have a maintenance agreement with them and it July 4th holiday next day. Tech called me at 10AM and said he could come by. He arrived 25minutes later and had system up and running in 25minutes. Kimball was tech and he was professional and all business. Talked about the work with my system not about other time wasting subjects. Just the kind of guy I like to deal with. He asked if I had some wasp spray and that was all he needed to deal with a wasp nest inside the unit. I also appreciate that Vicki (lady who answered my initial call) was likewise all business and said she could put us on a standby basis and would try to make our repairs happen. She spoke in a manner that made you believe she was really going to try. Based on my experience with Coolray we are seriously considering going with a maintenance agreement since they came through for us when we needed them.

They showed up on time, and they were very professional. They got the job done quicker then they originally said. The price was competitive with the other companies.

Overall, Coolray did an awesome job. The estimate we were given weeks earlier by Mr. Murray, the salesperson, was very workablefor our budget. What we were quoted was exactly what we paid. No surprises! Because we had two systems replaced, Mr. Murray sent two teams to do the job. The technicians arrived at 8:00 a.m. promptly. They were very courteous and assuring when they arrived. Before coming into the house, they all covered their shoes to prevent tracking in dirt. Once the job was completed, they walked me around to show me what they had done. The job only took about five hours. The technicians also instructed me on how to program my new thermostats as well as changing the filters. A lesson on overall maintenance is what I would call it. All the technicians assured me that if I had any problems with my new system , I can call them. They were very sincere. THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING BEFORE THEY LEFT. They even destroyed a wasp nest for me before leaving. I would highly recommend Coolray for anyone who need an Air conditioning/Heating system; new or replaced.

The installation team was on time and got to work fairly quickly after surveying the work area. The job was a full day and took a bit more time than they were aware. It's important to point out that the team had to deal with a builder flaw concerning lack of access panels and a pretty ridiculous installation of the old unit. These guys did what they had to do pretty well, and even had one of their plumbers come by to check on a water issue related to replacing the old unit, which was a hot water heating system. They made sure to clean up afterward, including all the drywall dust from cutting into the walls. I had an electrician on site to install proper cabling for the heater unit, and the Coolray guys worked well with him to get everything hooked up properly.

I was contacted by the office that the technician could arrive early and he did. Completed his task and answered all of my questions and was done before the window of when he was supposed to arrive. He even waived the trip charge for my relatively small fix.

They are very well-known in the area. They come in twice a year and look in to the furnace and air conditioner. They make sure they operate properly, change the filters and do the necessary maintenance work. They are just great. They are very professional and if they find anything wrong, they take care of it and fix it. I have a warranty which is part of the purchase. The warranty they provide covers the parts as well as the repairs at no cost at all. I have been using them for a long time and I am very pleased with them. They are very good. The last time when they came, there was no problem, but a week later the problem appeared. They repaired it the next day at no cost at all, but if I had to have it purchased I would have paid $848. It was a significant saying as it was covered under warranty. I have had the unit for 5 years and they warranty is still good. The other thing I like is the maintenance service which is done twice a year, once every 6 months, is done by one person all the time. Their follow up is great. When they are here and done, they follow up with a telephone call to check if the maintenance was done well and also send a questionnaire to check on the same. I will recommend them to everyone who has a problem with their air-conditioner. I will never call anyone else if I have any problem with my unit.

Great. Easy to contact. Did work when scheduled. Included my a/c in new service contract because it was just a year or so old. I really like CoolRay.

Heat pump 20 yrs old and he recommended replacement but said repair was possible. Unfortunately parts no longer available so we will replace unit.
