Robert was amazing and fixed our issue in a professional manner. The repair took a matter of minutes and he even did a diagnostic to ensure no other repairs or service was needed.

This wasn't a good experience. I got a phone call from the main office trying to cancel my appointment at the last minute due to availability. As a Maintenance Program member who is supposed to have priority scheduling, that's unacceptable--especially since my kitchen sink was inoperable due to a leak. The plumber who did come struggled to get my new garbage disposal up and running and seemed to want to give up. I insisted he finish the job. You don't leave a job unfinished because it's the end of the day and you're not sure what to do. He had to call his supervisor for help. He then got a little argumentative and seemed to blame me. Not an appropriate way to treat a customer. I don't want this individual back at my house for future work.

I was very happy with the installation and have no issues with the technician. Jake is competent, professional and provides great customer service. I have asked Coolray to keep him as my preferred technician whenever I need service on my furnace and/or a/c unit.

The A/C tech (Derek Walker) was friendly, efficient and professional. He answered my questions and reviewed recommendations regarding the A/C unit.

I really appreciate the consistency of service from Coolray. Jacob was my technician this time, but what really comes through is that Coolray as a company has a culture of excellence and high standards that is evident in each of its employees. Jacob called himself an "HVAC n***" and clearly loves what he does - that's the kind of person that you want to look after the investments you make in your home and its heating/cooling systems. I also like that techs always call and text when they are on their way - super helpful if I have to run a quick errand.
