They were punctual, and they got here when they said they would. They got the job done, so that was really good!

I cannot say enough good things about Coolray. I am a firm believer that first impressions can make or break you. The lady that answered the phone was a very nice, friendly, "real" person. Not a "too-busy-for-you" type or an "overly-professional-reading-from-a-script" type or a "how-may-I-direct-your-call" type. She was genuinely interested in helping me. That started it off on the right foot. She got me to the right person back in the sales department and he was just as genuine. He wasn't trying to sell me anything over the phone. He wasn't trying to lock me in. He was just a real dude who was trying to find out how he could help me. Already, Coolray was speaking my language! I set up an appointment for one of their salespeople to come out and take a look at what I needed and give me a quote. Joey arrived on time and was as nice as nice could be. Again, a "real" person. If there's anything I appreciate - it's just a real, normal person. Don't be fake with me......just lay it on the line. That's what Joey did. He wasn't pushy. He wasn't high pressure. He wasn't even a good "sales guy". He just came in, looked at what I had, pointed out some issues he saw that were going to be some trouble spots with the new system that would have to be updated to bring up to code, told me what I needed and didn't unnecessarily push me to get the Rolls Royce model when he clearly knew I didn't need it, nor want it. (Other unnamed companies would have done that.) Joey gave me a very fair price and answered every question I had. And believe it or not, Joey was able to get me an installation date for the very next day. I was amazed, and thrilled. The installation guys arrived on time and were extremely professional. They worked, worked, worked, and then worked some more. My house is over 50 years old, so of course, there were some issues that were discovered only once they got in there and started working. (I was not surprised at that....it comes with owning a house of this age.) They tackled all challenges and kept me informed every step of the way. They discussed every issue with me and got permission from me to change anything that we had previously agreed upon, or that had to be altered in my house in order for the job to be done (dry wall cut, etc). They were very thorough and made me feel comfortable with everything. I never felt pressured or without options. This is the 9th house I have owned over the years, and I have a lot of experience working with different crews. Bar none, this has to be the best team I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They guys were here for over 12 hours. That may sound like a long time, but considering the amount of work there was to be done and the amount of challenges they faced in the house, I consider it a record. True dedication on their part and hard work made it possible. Overall, all you need to know is that I am a straight shooter and I call 'em like I see 'em. For anyone who is looking for the best HVAC company in the ATL, I have found them. COOLRAY. I am serious, from beginning to end, I have had nothing but an exceptional experience. Professional, honest, no BS, no hidden fees, no nothing. The showed up on time, did the work right, went above and beyond, good communication, everything. And their prices were great. Just awesome. Provider was punctual and professional. Checked the entire system, making recommendations to optimize the system. Provided contact information and made recommendations for future service.

Our upstairs AC unit quit working. With the age at 25 years, it needed replacing anyway. Also, I requested a quote to repair or replace all the ductwork in the attic because there were gaps and rips everywhere. Pretty simple request and very clear that this was an urgent deal. It's probably 110 degrees upstairs. The salesman came out and spent about 1 1/2 hours looking over the system, discussing the ductwork, providing details, and what not. From my viewpoint, it would seem we were a great prospect who would be spending $6000 or more on everything, plus the annual service agreement, which I know most companies hope to enroll their customers in to help generate annual revenue. He left with the understanding that he'd email me the proposal that evening or for sure the next day. So here we are one and a half weeks later and nothing. And I checked spam email too. Frankly, I don't think it's my responsibility to call him up and ask, "where's my quote?" If this job isn't a priority for Coolray, I don't want to give them my business. How would a future service call work out if they can't respond to a top-dollar installation? My time is valuable. An hour and a half is an hour and a half. I'm not calling up to make friends. I'm calling to find a solution and pay for a quality product. I just don't get the lack of response and attention. But to the good fortune of another company, they do get it. And not only that, their prompt and thorough professionalism earned them the job of replacing all the insulation in the attic too.

I spoke with Sheryl Lynn in the service department, who was very professional. She used the right amount of professionalism and friendly concern to help put me more at ease with the trying situation i was in. She quickly set up my appointment window for the same evening, between 2 PM & 5 PM. At 4:30 I received a call telling me that my service professional was on the way, and at about 5 PM he rolled into my yard. Luis Crispin asked me questions, listened to my issues, and then told me what he was going to start doing. He was very careful (with booties) to make sure that he didn't leave any mess or disorder in my home. He quickly assessed the situation and discussed with me what he thought my problem was, and how he was going to solve it. He was up front on what the cost would be for the fix he wanted to complete, and the damage it might cause to complete it. I agreed with him on the process. Luis quickly and efficiently completed his repairs, did his clean up, and sat with me to finish the paper work. Allowing the repair a little time to see if it did indeed fix the issue or not. Once we had both agreed that it looked like the problem was solved, he took the time to let me know what i needed to check for a couple of days, and the danger areas that i needed to be aware of. He game me his card and told me not to hesitate to call if the repair started to give me issue, asked if there was anything else that he could assist me with before leaving. I would definitely call them again with any plumbing issue that I might have in the future.

The job went well, we met the service person onsite on a cold Sunday afternoon and were given several options for repair. They came out a day later (even with a really bad weather forecast) and replaced the line. The price is not the lowest we could have gotten, but they got us out of a bad spot - the water line into the house was leaking badly and the front yard had become a puddle.

On time, courteous, explained discoveries, and provided a temporary system refrigerant charge to get us by until we can get an estimate to replace our HVAC system. Arranged to have office call to schedule estimate to replace systems - which we received within 15 minutes. Positive experience.

Unfortunatly we could not use this company as the quote for finding the fault was twice that of another company - shame really.

They are very professional, aware of not dirtying up the house as they go to the outside units and back to the indoor units doing tests/repairs. If they find something wrong they explain the situation and implications if you let it continue.

Unfortunately, I do not remember the names of everyone and I do feel like they deserve recommendation. I had a total of 7 companies come out and give me estimates. The Coolray representative was extremely knowledgable and helpful. Explaining a lot about the systems. He was very down-to-earth and straight forward while being extremely professional and I did not feel like I was being fed a lot of bull (definitely not the "used car salesman" kinda guy). I later got everything confirmed with other companies and online research as well as a family acquaintence and everything checked out. Coolray was the cheapest for the midgrade type of model I was seeking (rather than low end builder's grade or highend premium grades) and wasn't trying to force thermostats or new copper lines I didn't need or want. I chose Coolray because of the price along with how comfortable I was with their professionalism and history (warranties aren't worth much when the company isn't around). The installers arrived right on time and got to work. They were polite and professional and finished much quicker than I expected (about 5-6 hours or so, I lost track of exactly how long). The cleaned up everything and there were no surprises on my bill. All-in-all I am very pleased and will be calling Coolray for future HVAC needs as well as using them for annual servicing.

Technicians arrived on time or early, put on booties every time they entered my home, and finished the work to my complete satisfaction.

I have used them for years and I am on an annual contract with them. They check my heater in the fall and my air conditioner in the spring. I have always liked them; I think they are very professional, clean and friendly. I have always had a good experience with them; that's why I have used them so long.

I liked both Coolray and Mr. Plumber. They are competent and I like their work. I think I can rely on them and trust them; they are good at what they do.

I'm very satisfied with them. They're on time, polite, and clean. They wear little booties so that they don't track dirt into your house. I've just been really happy with their work in terms of the systems performing as they should after they've done their thing with them.

The salesman who did the initial quote was very thorough and did not pressure us in any way. They were very punctual for the install as well as neat and knowledgeable. We were very pleased with the work and the overall experience. You won't be disappointed with this vendor. .

It was excellent. They were very professional. They showed up exactly on time. They told me exactly what they were going to do and why. I though that the price is fair.

My overall experience with them was excellent. They provide online appointments with a 10% off for doing it online. They are very prompt in calling you back, and they call ahead before they get to my house. They always let me know when they are already there. The guys does show up on appointments, and they are always professional.

Service tech showed up on time, was professional and competent. He found the source of the leak in the attic HVAC unit and took care of the problem. One of the things he needed to do was replacing emergency unit shutoff switch. He had it in his truck inventory and replaced it for $70. Overall job was done quickly, efficiently and for reasonable price.

They were fine did a good job. They send people who know what they are doing and they do a good job.

The service turned out excellent. They did a great job. The estimate and communication were great. We have had no surprises and the product they sold was of high quality.
