It went well. They were prompt, professional, and it was a good experience.

The cost was included in our contract when we got our air conditioner from them. We got a really good quality air conditioner, and they broke down the cost into monthly payments, and so we could pay over 3 years. They are very professional, and they did a very good job. We had to call them a couple days later because it wasn't working fine, and they came out at 7 at night, and fixed a wire that was bad. We were comfortable paying the price, and they also gave us a rebate on it.

Over-charged for repairing the tank less H2O exhaust piping after my new roof was installed. It took over 2 hours for this guy to repair and he kept making phone calls for assistance. They must have sent someone who did work on these types of H2O heaters. I did not use them to replace my HVAC systems because of this and because the salesman was more focused on his accomplishments and who he know than on selling up the best system for the money. Plus, way over priced.

It was pretty pricey but as far as the quality and all those other stuff it was great so I mean you get what you pay for. But pricing it was on the higher end of my quote. There wasn't a big push to get me into the $20,000 system and that was nice. They were very professional about it, I took the mid range, they made some offers and it wasn't a hard feel, it was nice.

Arrived on time. No issues.

Replaced AC and heater with a high efficiciency Carrier system, ran some new ductwork. Great experience overall, I will use them again when I need to replace the second AC system.

Ken was great. He was so helpful in calming my nerves about the repairs. I was very nervous because I didn't know where the leak was coming from. He found the issue quickly and fixed it for a reasonable price. Please ask for Ken by name he is amazing.

It went well and we are happy with the work. The man that came out was very knowledgeable.

I used CoolRay and absolutely love their customer service, so thought why not give Mr. Plumber a go! When the plumber arrived and saw our toilet leaking, he thought our septic tank was overflowing or a blockage in our sewage line was present. He started turning on all of our faucets and got me to flush our toilets constantly to see if we could track down the issue. After 15 minutes of this, he stated that there was no blockage. He went outside for a few minutes and came back inside. Not sure what he was up to, but he wanted to pull the toilet because he thought it was the wax ring causing a leak beneath the toilet. As he was doing so, he noticed that the tank on our toilet was loose. He tightened the bolts on the toilet and that fixed the problem. Apparently the bolts go through the tank (which is a dumb design imo) and if they get loose they will leak clean water onto the floor. Thankfully, it wasn't sewage seeping up! The plumber then went outside for another 10-15 minutes. He didn't let me in on the 'fix' before this point. Again, not sure what he was doing. He then came back inside and told me that he just had to tighten the bolts on our toilet and it wasn't a big deal. Excellent! He then told me it would cost $165 for him to tighten two bolts on our toilet! Holy crap! While he was getting me to sign the bill, he was constantly complaining about having to drive back to Northwest GA and how he must have done something wrong for his bosses to send him out to my neck of the woods ( I live in Buford, he in Kennesaw) He simply wouldn't let up, even after seeing him out the door, he complained about the drive home. C'mon! I was just charged $165 for two bolts to be tightened and now I gotta listen to this crap. No thanks. I won't be using Mr. Plumber again. Too expensive and my plumber was full of himself.

The old units were removed and Coolray hauled them away. They replaced them with twoTrane A/C units and heaters for the main floor and the second floor and one Trane heat pump for the basement. All three thermostats were replaced with digital, touch- screen thermostats. They also rearranged some duct work in our attic for better flow. Trays were placed under each A/C unit and the heat pump, alarms and shut-off valves for detection of water leaking. The work was done in a very professional way and the technicians were careful not to damaged anything in the house. In fact, we're so confident that they will continue to perform quality workmanship, we signed up for a 5 year maintenance program! We would highly recommend Coolray.

They were excellent to work with. They had a great staff. The installers were fabulous.

Both installations were very well done. They're definitely not the cheapest in town, but their technicians are all certified, and it shows in their work. If you want a really good job with a high end unit, call Coolray.

Coolray has excellent technicians to do the job and the necessary equipment to check for the problem. The air conditioner needs to be replaced but he was able to buy us some time. When we replace it we will be looking forward to dealing with this company.

They were on time. They did what they were suppose to do.

It is an on going relationship. It is fine. They are not the cheapest people, it is pretty costly, but they do a good job. I do not know what they did with the furnace, but our air conditioning bill went down quite a bit. They did it in June or July. It was a lot of money. We had to have the entire old furnace removed and everything changed over. It was a big deal. The man was here all day long, from seven in the morning until about eight at night. This was not an easy thing. They were very reliable and they say what they are going to do. They show up on time and they clean up after themselves. They are a good company. I will continue to use them.

Very good experience overall, especially for a Sunday call. Technician was prompt, polite, and efficient and gave concise, accurate explanations of what he was doing. Would definitely use again.

We have been with them since we have lived in this house so 8 years. They are reliable, responsive, punctual and we are extremely happy with them all round.

I liked it and them so well, we had two others installed. The systems are wonderful and Coolray is the best Air Conditioning company I ever worked with. I highly recommend them.

PJ told me the drip pan was rusted and leaking. He said, with a unit this old, I should consider replacement. He tried to show me the drip, but, when he kept pouring water into the unit, it didn't drip. Then he shined his flashlight down to show me the slight bit of water. It didn't occur to me, at that time, that the melted ice caused that wet spot. He then went outside to the unit. Came back to tell me the Freon was low which would indicate a leak in the line. Then told me it would cost almost as much to fix this unit as to replace it. I was shocked, since it has not given me a moments trouble. Worked beautifully all summer long, and was still working well. He told me that until I made up my mind, I couldn't use the unit UNLESS he recharged the Freon. I didn't trust him at all. I should have gone with my instincts. I told him to do the Freon charge. He told me it took 3 lbs. at a cost of $113.00. I was given a rough estimate of $3,300 for replacement as he tried to set an appointment with their salesman to come out and give an official price. Because I didn't trust him, I looked on Angie's list for other contractors. I called 2 others. The result was, my unit was fine. Also, I was told that there was no way the unit needed 3 lbs. of Freon, given that it was working fine up to that minute. I was told that if I was down more than 50% of the charge, I'd have been having cooling issues for some time already. I had none. So Coolray has lost a customer of 20 years over a likely bogus $113.00 Freon charge. I have come to find out that their techs are incentivised to sell something when on a call.

Both repairmen (Jason and Floyd) were great. On time, tidy, great work (especially the beautiful hose bib outside), clear about issues and costs to repair. I have a sense the pricing is higher than average, but I believe the company's responsiveness and the quality of the service force is WELL worth the few extra dollars. Floyd's work is especially amazing - the pipes have never looked so professionally done and the new hose bib looks great. I think my basement is cleaner now than it was when he started working. HVAC salesman (Joey) came out within a couple of hours and was knowledgeable, clear and thoughtful. We're making up our mind about the new HVAC system, so I will have to update you when that happens, but I wanted to post this review because the work today was so well-done!

We had Coolray replace our air conditioning coil and condenser in late June. The next day we noticed that water did not seem to be draining properly, and they promptly came back to check on it and assured us that it was fine. A few days later, the emergency shutoff was triggered because of draining problems. Again, Coolray sent someone out promptly who replaced a bit of the drainage line. This happened three more times over the course of a few weeks. By the fifth service visit from Coolray we asked them to replace the new coil completely. Thankfully, the manager agreed. When they pulled out the coil, we found that the internal drainage pan was badly cracked and the coil slightly bent, as if the unit had been dropped and damaged. Throughout the summer, Coolray has been wonderful as far as sending out technicians during the evening or weekends and at the last minute. Everyone we have worked with has been friendly and professional. They were very helpful in working out financing, and honored their installation warranty. Since the damaged unit was replaced last week we have had no problems, and everything appears to be working smoothly. However, I wish they hadn't installed faulty equipment to start with and that someone would have noticed the real issue when we first reported problems. All the repeated service visits were a major hassle, and summer in Atlanta is no time to be without air conditioning.
