Tech was almost 3 hours late. Looked at my system and quoted me about $1000 to check pressure and add Freon. Clearly didn't want to be bothered...

Mr Plumber is an affiliate of Coolray. Coolray maintains my house HVAC system and they recently installed a new upstairs AC system. I previously used Mr Plumber to replace a natural gas connector to my stove. That's when I met Kevin Holley, Master Plumber. I especially like Kevin because in addition to being a very capable technician, Kevin is friendly and he will discuss the problems and the options with you, without any sales pressure. It's your choice. I recently requested Kevin's services when it came time for me to deal with a burst copper water pipe in my garage ceiling. The copper pipe line is too long, without a downward pitch, from the shutoff valve inside my house to the hose faucet outside my garage. The line wouldn't drain, and it froze during a week of 10-15 degree weather. I discovered it when I turned on the water this Spring. I cut into the garage ceiling to try to find the split pipe on my own; found one split, but there were more. I needed Kevin's experience. Kevin found two more burst sections and repaired all three burst pipe sections. A special power crimping tool was used to make the repair connections, no soldering! The work was all done at plumbing trade flat rates, with a one-year parts and labor warranty.

Five people came out and it took them one day. Since they did the installation it has been working great. They are very good.

Their service plan is worth it, because if anything goes wrong with your heating or air, it's very costly. I get the same service guy all the time. It's great. You get to know the person who's doing the service. He's very professional. He does what he's got to do and he's in and out of here. Within ten minutes, he's taken care of both units. I've recommended them to other people, because I've been satisfied with them.

I came home Tuesday 3/10 to find a note from the local gas company that they had detected a small leak on the consumer side of the gas meter. The leak was small enough they left the gas on, and I had to get up real close to the meter to catch the faintest whiff of mercaptan. I contacted Coolray late Tuesday afternoon, and they said they would work me in, but it would be a four hour window for arrival. The minimum fee from Coolray is $49 (as of this incident) while many/most companies charge $79-$89. I received a confirmation call back from Cheryl (SP), she was very polite and told me the dispatch would likely occur the first part of the estimated window (10:00 AM - 2:00 PM). At 10:18 AM I received a call from Cheryl letting me know Andy would be arriving soon, and Andy arrived at 11:00 AM. Andy used a sniffer and good old fashioned leak detector to confirm a slow leak where the exit fitting from the meter and the house line connect. Using a good old fashioned wrench, Andy tightened the nut on the fitting, and it topped the leak! Andy advised me to check the line a few times the next week with soapy water to confirm it holds (it has), and provided an estimate of $289 on replacing the tubing if/when needed. My thanks to Andy, Cheryl, and everyone at Coolray for prompt and honest service delivered professional and courteously. This was my second service visit from Coolray, and I've been "highly satisfied" both times. Highly recommended.

Joe Hayes and his son did a fabulous job. They were very clean and installed new copper lines. Everything was installed professionally and cleaned up thoroughly. The next morning the hot water to the master bedroom did not come on fast enough. Joe came out later that day and removed a faulty valve which repaired it.

I am very thankful for the quote they gave. It was very competitive and the written quote was thorough. The representative was very informative in describing the materials, process and options. The only reason I used another plumber was the responsiveness to the quote. I let the customer rep. know I needed a timely quote, but they were not able to send someone for 5 or 6 days (including a weekend). Since I wanted the excavation done ASAP so I could repair the yard damage while still cooler, I was concerned how long it would take for them to schedule the job.

It went excellent! The customer service was just great. They were absolutely perfect.

They are very prompt and they love what they do. We bought an air conditioning unit for them about 4 or 5 years ago and they have been very helpful in teaching us to use the thermostat and making recommendation when they come in to do tune ups. they are real professionals. They also have a plumbing and an electrical division.

Excellent experience! Most knowledgable of the 4 firms I had submit an estimate. Quick work, great cleanup. Timely and a professional crew. The best feature is my a/c bill went DOWN and I was totally comfortable all summer long (71 degrees)!! The old unit could not keep the main level at a consistent temp during the daytime. When we replace the upstairs unit I will call the same firm again.

Repaired, tuned-up and gave an estimate for replacing fan in the spring. Great price for visit and to replace the fan.

Well handled from start to finish. The salesperson was knowledgeable and did not try to oversell us. The installation team showed up on time and finished the job in less than a day, then cleaned up the work area. I will definitely use Coolray in the future.

Called ahead to set up maintenance appointment, then called before appointment to confirm and called before coming to appointment to narrow down time window. Treated home and me with respect.

I'm always very pleased with the service I receive from CoolRay. Everyone they send is very punctual and courteous, and I feel like they do quality work in a reasonable amount of time. I don't think CoolRay is the cheapest provider out there, but - given that I've built a relationship with them over the years - I feel like they are very trustworthy and so I'm happy to pay a little extra in exchange for knowing that I've received good advice and good service.

They sent a rep out to share the options with us on the total replacement - he helped us choose one that would be most efficient and also qualify for the federal rebates available at that time. Then scheduled the crew to come out and do the replacement. The whole project was done in a day. Great service and professionalism.

The plumber that responded to the initial call was courteous, clean, well trained, and very personable. He worked at it for over an hour, made repeated trips into the crawl space, and finally got things flowing again. He told us then that the pipe from the kitchen sink was undersized, partially blocked because of 40+ years of use, and had a 90 degree bend that encouraged clogging. He was right- two weeks later it clogged again, so we had him come out again and replace the pipes. We received full credit for the first payment against the cost of the pipe replacement, under their warranty.

It was good. He did a nice job. They were busy and I had to wait for an appointment.

The sales associate was great and explained all of the available options. After we made our selection, an installation date was set for a few days later. The crew showed up on time on the scheduled day and completed everything in one day as promised. They did a great job and we had no complaints at all. We have had the system almost 2 years now and have had no problems whatsoever. Whenever we schedule regular maintenance with Coolray, they always show up on time.

We have a service agreement with them. I like that they always show up on time and are clean. I also like that they do not sell me things I do not need.

They're absolutely trustworthy and responsive and everything else. It's a good company.
