Very well. Techs recommended that we add surge protectors. They made sense, were factual and low key - not pushy - and did not seem to be just recommending for the purpose of earning commissions. We took their recommendation and had the work done.

It was excellent. Everything went very well.

OK, There were no epuipment or upkeep issues that needed to be resolved.

Not in terms of the work they do, but since they changed companies. The way they do their billing has changes. That is something somebody else may or not make a difference. Thats the only comment I have on that.

The technician is away polite and answers all questions readily and fully. He resolves the problem quickly and leaves everything as it was when he came to the house.

Excellent work and information on any questions asked while they were working on the system. Showed up when expected, and they call you before rhey arrive so you know when they will be there.

I have a maintenance plan with them. It took about a half hour for the work to be completed. I was pleased & it was a professional interaction.

This company is a total rip off and complete liars. They overcharged me by a lot of money that I come to find were cheap parts and replacements. I was charged over 500 dollars for replace a limit switch on my furnace, that is a 20 dollar part and takes about 5 minutes to replace. The part also failed the next year and I went to Marietta Appliance Part Warehouse and bought a new one for 20 bucks and took me with no experience literally 5 minutes to replace. My furnace has been running perfect since then. I do not even want to talk about the 1200 dollars they charged me to change a fan on my furnace including billing me extra money because they had to use a special tool to open the unit to get to the fan. The special tool was like a common drill you would expect they would use to open it any ways. Stay away from , they are a total rip off . They also lied saying I need a new system that I would never be able to recharge my ac unit again . Found out that was a complete lie. though you cannot buy units with freon anymore, you still can get the Freon for older units. Liars and rip off scam artist. Stay very far away from.

Have used them for many years. Overall am happy and will continue to use them. Great 24-7 emergency services.

Coolray technician came out and could not identify any problems. Without my approval he "rewired" the thermostat and charged me $95 in addition to the service fee. The technician should have asked me before making any changes - I would have told him not to do so I could have gotten a second opinion. I paid him because I wanted him out of my house. I called and left a complaint with the company but did not get a response. I will not use Coolray in the future and cannot recommend them.

It's free because I was under maintenance renewal. I would use them again.

Technician communicated with me. He did so after he left the premises. He stated he replaced the air filter (tenants were doing that monthly) but that because he did not have the exact size, he fashioned one to fit. I asked if he checked the drain for good flow and he said that he did not because that wasn't in the service. request. I suppose that's a lesson for me that next time I'll request that simple check.

AC was installed and works fine, that wasn't my problem. I made the mistake and did not do my due diligence and believe the cost was exorbitant. Been under a maintenance plan for years and really like the tech that came out and felt like he was a straight shooter. When I got the price tag of 4500 for the new unit, I felt like it was maybe a little high, but being newly married and trusting Cool Ray, I went ahead and agreed. Well 6 months later the tech comes out for the yearly maintenance and tells me the downstairs furnace has a crack in the heat exchanger and is a safety hazard. Given the furnace and AC were 27 years old and we were in the process of getting our house ready to sell, we asked them to send someone out to get a quote. This is where it really went downhill. After quoting us 7,600 for the new furnace and AC, the salesman was telling us that the factory discount expired the last day of November and I needed to sign the agreement or it would expire. I told him I wanted to have someone come out and get another quote and he immediately got defensive and asked what they did wrong and said he took care of me last time. Told him I would sign the quote, but I may want to cancel, which he said was fine. The quote just needed to be signed by midnight. Told him I would do it that evening, but I am an accountant and this is the busiest time of the month for me. Well he called at 6 that evening. This point I just told him we weren't going to replace it. Had an independent HVAC guy that came recommended from a friend and Casteel come out and look at the systems and provide a quote. Neither one of them were sure how the Cool Ray tech determined there was a crack without spending significant time taking the furnace apart. Both agreed there was more life in the unit. They provided me with quotes of comparable units and the cost to replace was 4300 for the independent guy and 5,100 for Casteel. Given that I paid almost that much to replace the AC the first time, I am pretty confident I got the shaft. Will never, repeat never, use these guys again.

They are professional and the work was fine.

We've only had the system a short time. We miss our Nest Thermostats as they are more user friendly. There is no outside temperature sensor on the basement's A/C unit since it's not and Infinity. This was also very expensive! We basically bought a new car! We were also pressured to sign because the special no interest deal would be ending the next day. I am still seeing the same deal in the local news paper. Never had the opportunity to shop around.

Steve, the service tech with Cool Ray was actually there early. I spoke to him on the phone of what the situation was and that the furnace was all apart with wires all over the place from the other guy. Well Steve not only had my furnace running in less than an hour, he put the original parts that I was told were no good by the other repairman) and even made sure that both the air and furnace were running when he left. He had to replace a part on the air unit and he was on his way. I always heard Cool Ray advertise on WSB and the home fix it show, so I'm a believer in this Company and will have them come back out twice a year from now on the check everything over. I just wanted to say Steve and Cool Ray, are spot on....

Considering the functional operations of the systems, the overall operations, support and service could not have been better!

It went fine. We have a contract with them and they come out twice a year to check on the AC and furnace.

Technician solved the problem and installed a programmable thermostat -- we love it!

They are wonderful, I have used them for many years. They were really fast and nice, always are. Pricing was great, they were there for hours crawling under my house. I am always surprised at how low it is. They were suppose to call me on the way and they didn't.

First the representative Brian presented options and was able to answer all technical questions as he is a former technician. Selected an efficient, powerful unit. The installation crew arrived on time and did an excellent job removing the old pieces of equipment and installing the new Carrier. Explained all details of operating the system. An outstanding job.

Not great. Not awful, but not great--- like dealing with the cable company. I have a annual service plan, which costs hundreds of dollars. CoolRay installed my last system--- a top of the line system. One of my AC systems went down on a hot week. They told me first available scheduled technician was going to be three to four days. My comment, "Then I don't know why I have a plan." Finally they offered me an "on call at the end of the day" for the next day. Both my wife and I would be at work til 6pm so I said to call before they come after 6pm. They said it would be late--- 6 or 7 pm. I started getting called at 3pm asking if someone was home. I said no, that wasn't the arrangement. Reply was "OK, but it's REALLY going to be late now," to which I said that's fine, the later the better. This happened EVERY HOUR with the dispatcher trying to gently but annoyingly bully my into an earlier time that they had told me to expect. It was pretty obvious that their "regular shift" tech was now available and sitting idle and they didn't want to use the overtime guy. The tech arrived--- was very nice, but quickly said that the repair would cost $400 but we really need a new system (it did need to be replaced). Only after persistently asking "what else can you do" was he able to get it going temporarily without the $400 repair. CoolRay started calling me every day to schedule a salesman to come out! I didn't call back--- I had their quote from 6 months ago. Got some quotes by excellent customer service SMALL companies. New system installed for 2/3 the price by a new company. I think I'm done with CoolRay unless something changes in their philosophy and mission. Great company years ago. Things have slipped.

Did the work quickly and efficiently.

Issues (not many) were quickly resolved. The system has been in place for 5 years at this writing and doing the job without any input from us as the home owners.

It's three companies combine heating and air electricity and I can't think of the other one but it's three companies combine and they take care of the whole house. Their very good because their service it, I took out a service for a hundred and fifty eight dollars and they come and service every four months I think, they come three times a year, they were here last month to check it up to see if it was ready for the winter. Their very. their better than a A, they are very very good. they did it all in one day, they came in at nine o'clock and about eight o'clock they had complete the furnace.
