I do not recall the price, but it was a competitive rate because we had two or three people giving us quotes. I would say their responsiveness stands out most about this company. I've just never had a problem.

They do a wonderful job. You schedule for them to come out but if you have an emergency they come out that day. Very professional

I would highly recommend them. I gave them an A for punctuality, time on sight and professionalism.

I would be hard pressed to tell you anything they could do better. It takes them about one hour to complete the service.

They do a twice a year inspection, one with the furnace and one with the air conditioning. They're polite, seem to be very knowledgeable, and answer all the questions you ask.

Great experience. The company was very responsive and was able to repair my unit the next day. Considering the volume of calls for AC repair this time of year I thought next day service was really good.

A/C was broken and they tried to sell me a new one. Charged $70 for the visit with no work done. Got a second opinion and independent guy was able to easily fix it with no parts needed and only a $50 visit fee. I was very disappointed as the second guy said it was an easy fix.

After a serious of mishaps of not knowing what they were talking about, I have been using this guy for seven years. They did an complete install and re-routed the air ducts and everything. I have been with them every since. The original job was misquoted the install, and they honored it anyway. It was extremely labor intensive. It has given me high respect with them. I have kept the service contract for five years now. I opted the least expensive. I have had an service contract with them. They call me when its time to look at stuff. Its great. Their fee is incredibly great. You can count on it. They are so good, I had an circuit breaker, and right after they put it in on an Saturday evening, they were right here. I couldn't believe it. I had my parents staying here, and they like it warmer, not in my house. The work took three days. It was an massive undertakings. They weren't paid by the hour. It was way outside the original deal. The workers were nice and genuine. They were coming and going, its crazy. The one guy come out, and didn't screw it up again. My system is under the house in the crawl space, which can't be fun. They came out smiling and it was unbelievable.

The price is included in the service contract. I can't think of anything to complain about. If you know me, they have to be pretty good.

They come out twice a year. They replaced the filter but I provided it so it was cheaper. I have an annual service contract with them.

I have an ongoing contract with them. I renew it every several years. I am happy with them.

They have been good. They charge a lot for filters and things you need. We pay for the year and they come out 2-3 times a year. We get several visits for a set price.

The service tech who showed up for my appointment is Matt and I couldn't be happier with his level of professionalism, his courtesy and his extremely friendly personality. In fact, all of the employees I spoke with were outstanding and understanding that (1) it's H O T and my A/C is acting up and (2) I'd really like to have it fixed as soon as possible without being "upsold" on any additional products or services. Matt showed up before the appointment time but right after I got a call from customer service (?) saying he was on the way. He asked a few questions, looked at my system, listened to my description of what I thought was wrong and went right to work. He provided regular updates on what he was doing. It turned out that I just needed freon but, really, folks... the most important thing is this here: He understood my wallet! Now, I know he doesn't set the prices but for the level of service these guys provide I expected the cost to be higher. If that was the case, I'd have never called Coolray again. But a responsive (they were the only a/c - hvac company to call back within the hour) and honest company? With outstanding employees like Matt? Well, I had already made up my mind to install a new system by the end of the year or next year and I am absolutely calling on CoolRay. Thanks y'all for being so awesome!!!!

Went well. Technician was prompt in arrival, very professional, and installation went smoothly.

I was advised in advance what to expect, and the project was handled just as I was told it would be. Coolray was on time and performed the work with little disruption to me. I would hire them again, and I would recommend their services.

Prompt, polite and efficient service. I have had CoolRay service for years and find them to be honest and reliable.

I contacted CoolRay with an Emergency call on Easter day, which tells you that I was desperate! The Service Tech came and indicated that I needed a new Contactor - with 15 people showing up, I was ok with the cost. Did I mention the $190 service call, that I not go towards services? Once the contactor was replaced, the air conditioner still did not work. The breakers kept tripping. I was told that I needed to get an electrician out ASAP, b/c there was a problem with my main breaker - the charge $400 plus dollars. 1 electrician and 2 HVAC service people later - I've been told by multiple individuals that anyone with a rudimentary knowledge of air conditioners would know to look at the Compressor, if the breaker kept tripping, after the air started. At this time, I'm still without air, but I have learned that my Compressor may be still under warranty as the air conditioner is not new. So my question is... does CoolRay only help when they can get the most bang for the money in over priced parts and service calls?

I've had a maintenance contract with them for 18-20 years. They did my air conditioning tune-up for the Summer. I've stuck with them for years because they do what they say. I'm committed to using them for another five years. I also had them out here about a month ago; they cleared a drain for me and did a fine job. I was having trouble with a bathroom drain. He cleared it and explained a lot about how the plumbing in my house is ancient and I can expect more of the same because it's cast iron pipe and it's rusty and rough. He was very patient and knowledgeable in terms of explaining to me what was going on. I would certainly recommend them.
