I had my preseason air conditioning check. The technician showed up on time, tested every connection, voltage and run cycles. Tech was very detailed and I really enjoyed the technician who came out. We found one bad part that we swapped out and it works great. To me, the part and install prices were a little high, but hey, its running great. Could I have saved money buying the part and installing myself? Yes, but I keep telling myself it was worth the cost. We did find another part going bad, but was still in spec so we didn’t replace that part. I feel confident they are not out to get money or they would have suggested replacing that additional part as well when it wasn’t needed at this time. We recently purchased our this house and this company has been maintaining the AC/Furnace system for the last ten years so we decided to continue to use their services because everything is running well. Very pleased with the service performed and technician. I would recommend with two thumbs up.

The work done was great. A performance schedule receptionist people, B performance. reason why is there response time to slow, when I finally did get through I was put on hold for a very long time.

He spend some time explaining the improvements that would cause the dust to be minimized. Also he suggested that if I installed a new NEST thermostat it would be better installed by COOLRAY. The price quoted was double what another company on Angie's list cost me. Very poor follow up. They said they would call me when a part was in. No one called and it took at least 3 calls to get a call back from a manager. I was told they would have to tear open my wall but the plumber from another company that fixed it today found the needed part and was back to my home in an hour and 30 minutes later the problem was fixed at half the price. I didn't know how bad these people were until I got a good plumber.

Have been a customer of Cool Ray for over 8 years. They have always been very professional, punctual with their appointments and fair with their pricing. I have bought two Trane systems thru them at two different houses, and would have a new system installed by them when the time comes.

The other company had said we should replace the entire unit. Coolray’s tech Chase spent the time and had the knowledge to fix it. Chase replaced one part, made some additional improvements for the condensation drainage, and saved us about $4000. We’ve switched to Coolray for maintance from now on.

It went extremely well. Fred came out to do the estimate and explained things thoroughly from the beginning. He was professional, personable and I felt like he was extremely competent from the beginning. I received a few other estimates, one less and one slightly more but felt like Mr. Plumber was the best to do the install. Fred came back for the replacement and installation of my new 50 gal Bradford White gas water heater and the project went smoothly. The place was left clean. I recommend Mr Plummer without any reservations

This has been a wonderful experience with Cool Ray. From the time I called staff very professional friendly knowledgeable. No long wait for an appointment and arrived on time. Jeff was the person that served us. Jeff is very professional, work he did was impeccable and he is friendly. Someone else had put new our air and heating units in and did very poor job. Jeff straitened everything out for us .I cannot say enough about Jeff .I highly recommend Jeff. Thank you Jeff.

It’s a company that does both HVAC and plumbing. They do a good job. The price was fine, I wasn’t unhappy with it. They always show up. I’ve been using them for a few years. They’re fair in their pricing. They automatically, they kind of enroll you into a plan. Once you’re on that plan you get like two free inspections, one for heating and one for cooling. It’s worked out for me. I don’t get charged for somebody to come out. I guess its promotional, but its good. Why did I use this company instead of another one – a few years back I had a pipe break in my basement. It was Christmas Eve and I was calling the world. It was sewage pipe, something and they came. I’ve have always had good impressions with them, otherwise I wouldn’t be using them.

It was free because we have a service plan with them. They've been very responsive. They've been very reliable. They have replaced our entire HVAC system for our two-story home with two units and have provided maintenance on it for the past probably five years.

I do not recall the price, but it was a competitive rate because we had two or three people giving us quotes. I would say their responsiveness stands out most about this company. I've just never had a problem.
