Excellent from start to finish, no hitches, just great service by the 2 teams installing. We have used Coolray for out spring and fall checkups for 11 or 12 years with outstanding service so when it came time to replace it was a no brainer.

Seriously understaffed. Both our units were installed by Coolray, and they are both still under warranty. We also have a maintenance agreement with Coolray, so you might think that we could expect quick service when one of the units isn't cooling, but it took two full days for them to come out. Also, they install Carrier systems. This is fine if you don't use smart home control, or if you use Amazon Alexa, but Carrier doesn't support Google Home, and doesn't seem to have any plans to do so.

My relationship with Coolray began in April 2014. I was in need of replacement of two HVAC systems. I met with a few companies to review needs and obtain quotes. In addition to HVAC replacement, each one noted different needs - like plenum replacement, ductwork modifications, etc. Coolray's rep was the only one that noted all of the areas that the other companies mentioned as well as one that I had noticed but not mentioned - the addition of a return in a room to which we keep the door closed. I don't believe that I got a great "deal" on this job, but I feel that the price was fair. I upgraded significantly, but feel it was well worth the additional cost. I have utilized Coolray for semiannual maintenance and the tech who comes out has always been on time, courteous, and knowledgeable. I am in need of HVAC replacement at another home and I will be calling Coolray when I'm ready.

They were great! The technician was honest and extremely helpful. He called a sales representative who was able to fit me into his schedule. The install didn’t take very long. When the hot water heater burst, it was late at night. An on call technician was able to replace the system in a few hours. I will definitely use CoolRay again.

I had my preseason air conditioning check. The technician showed up on time, tested every connection, voltage and run cycles. Tech was very detailed and I really enjoyed the technician who came out. We found one bad part that we swapped out and it works great. To me, the part and install prices were a little high, but hey, its running great. Could I have saved money buying the part and installing myself? Yes, but I keep telling myself it was worth the cost. We did find another part going bad, but was still in spec so we didn’t replace that part. I feel confident they are not out to get money or they would have suggested replacing that additional part as well when it wasn’t needed at this time. We recently purchased our this house and this company has been maintaining the AC/Furnace system for the last ten years so we decided to continue to use their services because everything is running well. Very pleased with the service performed and technician. I would recommend with two thumbs up.

I had my preseason air conditioning check yesterday. The technician showed up at the time specified . Bret was very efficient and perform his job thoroughly. He spend some time explaining the improvements that would cause the dust to be minimized. Also he suggested that if I installed a new NEST thermostat it would be better installed by COOLRAY. The price quoted was double what another company on Angie's list cost me. Very poor follow up. They said they would call me when a part was in. No one called and it took at least 3 calls to get a call back from a manager. I was told they would have to tear open my wall but the plumber from another company that fixed it today found the needed part and was back to my home in an hour and 30 minutes later the problem was fixed at half the price. I didn't know how bad these people were until I got a good plumber.

Have been a customer of Cool Ray for over 8 years. They have always been very professional, punctual with their appointments and fair with their pricing. I have bought two Trane systems thru them at two different houses, and would have a new system installed by them when the time comes.

The other company had said we should replace the entire unit. Coolray’s tech Chase spent the time and had the knowledge to fix it. Chase replaced one part, made some additional improvements for the condensation drainage, and saved us about $4000. We’ve switched to Coolray for maintance from now on.
