Julio did a thorough and professional job of performing seasonal maintenance. He explained what he was doing and why, and he sent us a detailed report afterwards. Coolray is a marvelous company and Julio exemplifies the calibre of employee they recruit. We would never use anyone other than Coolray for our HVAC needs.

The company checks with me twice a year to schedule preventive maintenance on the HVAC system I purchased last year. The technician is always on time, knowledgeable and professional. I used the company for years before I replaced my system, and they have always exhibited the same professionalism with respect to their work. (I typically have had same technician over the years.)

Excellent, four other electricians over 18 months were unable to install our Ring Doorbell. We kept getting Ring replacements, electrical parts, etc. He installed it in 15 minutes. Everything else was done flawlessly.

Shawn has been our service technician for many years. It's great to be able to get the same person year after year to come to your home and service the units that they know well. These days, that's hard to find. Excellent technician and very prompt and reliable. One of the top reasons we stick with Cool Ray. Very pleased.

The experience wasn't good. We are in the middle of a global crisis and I felt the price quoted was ridiculous. I felt the plumber felt I was desperate and had no other options. I had a leak at my meter on my side which was the joint that needed to be replaced. It took him 3mins to find the leak. The hole only required 2 feet of digging literally to clear the joint. I was quoted $879 for a job that literally took only 1 hr that’s with the dig and getting the part and the part was $20. I was willing to pay at least $400 because my brother just had knee surgery and could not do it himself alone but $879 ridiculous. I felt like I was being robbed. This is not my first house and my first leak! We have a HOA survey on our website that homeowners list different companies in which we have used and rate the service and so other neighbors can know who to call or feel comfortable because they’ve done work in the neighborhood. I’m sorry I could not give you guys a good rating

It went perfect. The price was reasonable and the service was excellent. I especially like dealing with JP as he is someone I know, trust and respect his work and advice. Smooth as can be. I’d been given a service window of 9 a.m. to noon, but technician Desmond Sellers called at 7:45 that morning to ask if it would be OK for him to arrive about 30 minutes early, which I told him was fine with me. He was covered in more protective gear than usual because of the pandemic, which Coolray had informed me in advance would be the case. Desmond Sellers was thorough, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and informative in his work. He explained all the things that were great about my two A/C systems, and explained the one thing about the upstairs unit that was cause for concern: the blower. He made sure I understood that while the issue did not need to be addressed IMMEDIATELY, it would need to be addressed sooner rather than later. And he assured me that I would have options at COOLRAY that wouldn’t break the bank — which I already knew because I’ve been a COOLRAY customer since 2010.

Tom assessed the issue, then presented my options. I had already had a salesman out to give me a quote on replacing the unit but wasn’t ready to pay out that amount at this time. Tom did some diagnostics and found that the unit was low on Freon and put some in. We are very happy with how it all worked out. Also, we were given a three hour range, as many businesses do, but Tom was here in the first hour (found out his first call cancelled) & was gone within 45 minutes of getting here. Very impressed with Tom’s professionalism and knowledge. I would recommend using CoolRay for any issues, even if it isn’t their unit installed.

Sean was courteous, punctual, thoughtful and was wearing a mask, gloves and shoe covers. He also explained how we could address any air quality concern that we may have. Cool Ray delivers exceptional service.

Great! I discovered the problem about 6:30 PM and they responded that evening. The first bloke to arrive was determined to fix the problem, even though there were strong thunder storms moving in fast. I stopped him for safety reasons. The next day the company sent out another tech and he was able to restore some functionality. We needed a new sewer line that was obvious from the video from the camera he sent down my sewer line. They were out the 2nd day after and worked 10-11 hours to finish the task and get our lives back to normal. My wife and I really appreciated them finishing the job before leaving. The yard was left in great condition, considering the amount of digging they had to do. Even the azaleas were reinstalled where they came from. Thanks guys,
