Jonus (Tech) was very thorough in making sure that my condensation line was not clogged and that the pump and switch were not working properly before replacing. He took the time to answer all my questions and even crawled through my cramped attic in blazing heat to make sure my condensation line was not clogged. I was very impressed with his great attitude and work ethic.

Eric called me and let me know he was available to come earlier than my scheduled appointment. I was very happy about that. Eric Lewis was extremely professional, especially, since I was already an angry customer from dealing with ARS. Within a month, Eric Lewis was the 4th person and 5th visit, others were from ARS, at my house. He explained everything in detail. I knew exactly what his plan was as well as what he was doing and what he was looking for before actually performing any diagnostics and tasks. I really appreciated his professionalism, display of knowledge and experience, and outstanding customer service, delivering a highly positive customer experience. The other company told me I needed to purchase a whole new system. Issue was resolved with Coolray in a single visit the day after ARS said I needed a new system. Thanks Coolray. After 9 years of working ARS, Coolray will now be my go-to company for all my HVAC needs.

Install ran into a problem--wires were crossed and a remote damper was missed by new employee. Professional supervisor Evan and expert new team led by Jeremy came out, fixed the problem with 5 hours labor & significant materials at no cost to me. That's integrity! Errors are rare, but the proof of a company is immediate correction. Fantastic professional company.

On Sunday, 6/7/2020, our air conditioner stopped working. We were aware that it was an older unit, so we were not completely shocked that it stopped working. We'd had an issue with the furnace this past winter, so we contacted the same company. The same service person who came out in the fall returned for the service call. He completed his assessment and determined that two replacement parts might address the issue. Upon installing the parts, unfortunately, the unit would not stay on and he determined that we would need a replacement unit. We didn't think to seek any additional opinions on whether or not it could be repaired and resigned ourselves to the fact that we would have to replace the entire system. Because it was such a large purchase, we determined that we would need to comparison shop to ensure we made an informed decision on the replacement. So, we set about obtaining system replacement quotes. I initially reached out to coolray thinking that I was scheduling an estimate consultation for a replacement unit. But to my surprise, yesterday (6/10/2020) Steven Vura arrived at my home and indicated that he was a service technician (not a salesperson or “comfort specialist”). He proceeded to inform me that he would be able to do an assessment of the issue and repair it if possible, but that he would be unable to provide a quote for a new unit, and that someone else would have to come out for that, if needed. I was initially a bit flustered, because at this point, I assumed that a replacement unit was a foregone conclusion. But to my amazement and delight, Steven was able to fix the unit! He discovered that the technician from the other company wired the new parts incorrectly, thus leading to it’s inoperability. Steven diagnosed someone else’s substandard work and successfully made a repair which will LITERALLY save my family thousands of dollars. He is (clearly) extremely knowledgeable and he was also the consummate professional. He was vigilant about observing all safety protocols (mask, coverings for his shoes, social distancing, etc). He was polite, completed the work in a timely manner and was not in any way “overbearing”, too chatty, etc. He also did not attempt to upsell me on anything associated with the repair. He also made a recommendation on a warranty purchase which also saved me additional money as well. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service Steven provided. He did an excellent job and represented the company and their workmanship exceedingly well. He delivered an exemplary level and caliber of service and the total cost of the work was fair and reasonable.

Kyle McGuire was an amazing help. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and punctual. He put my mind at ease and made me feel like I made the right decision in choosing their company. He made it a point to explain to me what was going on until I understood and handled any corespondents that I asked for. If I ever have another plumbing issue, now I know exactly where to go.

Joseph was on time. Listened and addressed to all the concerns in the HVAC. Created an invoice with details of what was taken care. Explained me about the membership that saved me some money. Would hire cool ray/Joseph again.

Gary was extremely professional and explained in perfect detail the status and condition of my A/C unit. He also explained in detail the Cool Ray maintenance plan. Overall I was very satisfied and would recommend Cool Ray.

The electrician was able to solve and fix all the problems in a timely manner. A part had to be ordered and had to wait a week for that job to get done. Despite the added time, no payment was made until all issues were solved and completed. Technician is courteous, listens and proposes courses of action. Very professional and has built our confidence and trust.
