It went very smoothly. The crew came on time, the sales guy showed the crew around. The crew lead explained the setup and the work that was being done. And they finished on time. There was a software issue with the thermostat; which is yet to be fixed; but we cannot fault the installation company for the same.

Cool Ray is a reliable company. The technician arrived on time explained and answered all of my questions as well as provided me with immediate feedback on the condition of my furnace. Detailed photos of some of the issues that were found with my furnace in need of repair were pointed as well as explanations.

We were able to schedule same-day service for a furnace that had stopped heating. Technician called 45 minutes ahead of arrival, and arrived on time. He checked furnace, identified the problem, and solved it in a few minutes. Furnace started and ran properly. We have a service contract with Cool-Ray and have used them continuously for over 20 years for all our home heating and air conditioning services.
