Excellent service and professionalism

Have worked with Coolray for years and years - always receiving great service with great attention to detail and always extremely responsive to any follow-up items. I did not give 5 stars on "price" because in my book, I would rather pay a little more for quality work that I receive from Coolray. On this job, Robert and Jason did an outstanding job in a difficult work environment. Really impressed that they went above and beyond the calls of the "contract" to move duct work into a location that simply looks better - but was not required per agreement. Really appreciate Robert and Jason for taking the "extra step" to make a good job, great. HIghly recommend Coolray and definitely Robert and Jason as your service techs.

Excellent service, prompt and professional. Came the same day I called. Needed this fixed before I could continue with Crawlspace encapsulation with another company. They understood the urgency and were very proactive on my behalf. I have used them for years and will continue to do so. The Coolcare maintenance agreement is definitely worth buying, puts you at the front of the line in an emergency, in addition to maintaining the health of your home. A wonderful company. Highly recommended.

Very well, and very fast. I liked the constant advice on when they would arrive.

I had an inside communications fault followed by an external fault. Basically, my thermostat was not talking to my furnace and then failing to communicate with my a/c. I called Coolray in the morning and they quickly places me on the schedule for later the same day. Due to a cascading issue that required multiple part orders, the repair was accomplished over three days. During that time, Coolray sent two technicians - Mainar and Mike. Both were knowledgable and professional. I definitely recommend Coolray!

He also brought some other items to my attention that I may want to think about addressing in the coming months, which in my opinion really helps so there are no future surprises. Our tech was professional...called ahead and provided an excellent consumer experience.

It went very smoothly. The crew came on time, the sales guy showed the crew around. The crew lead explained the setup and the work that was being done. And they finished on time. There was a software issue with the thermostat; which is yet to be fixed; but we cannot fault the installation company for the same.

The quality of service provided by justin and the company as a whole is always phenomal. they go above and beyond with everything!

John did a great job and always gives us updates on other air cleaning devices we may want to purchase, but he never pushes the sale, which is nice.

Techs wear masks, are very courteous and honest. They recommend upgrades but don’t push them. Always on time and when we had problems i was able to have them out right away.
