In February of 2022 I called Coolray for my downstairs furnace running but blowing cold air. So I called Coolray. A tech named Kevin responded to the call just a few hours later. When he arrived and checked the unit he was able to get it working again with only a standard service call fee. Well a few days ago, now in March, the unit would not start the blower automatically but I could manually by setting the thermostat to ON from AUTO. So I scheduled another Coolray call and Kevin again responded. He came out and check the unit and got it working again. This time the service call, because it was within a month, was covered under the warranty. It is very easy to schedule with Coolray via the Internet. They also send a picture of who is responding so you know who is showing up.

Technician and partner (in training) were prompt (calling us prior to arrival), courteous, an efficient. They completed all work, checking our 3 systems, changing filters, etc. and advised of completion before leaving (prepaid maintenance plan).

The technician Zachary called me to let me know he would be early. He wore a mask and shoe coverings upon entering the house. Zachary asked me if I had any concerns, listened as I explained the issue, and followed-up accordingly. He noticed that the insulation in the attic was low and arranged for Coolray to come out the same day to provide a quote. I always find the Coolray team to be very considerate. They offer lots of services, but I never feel pressure to purchase - it's just convenient to get everything from one place that I can trust.

Tyreek (the tech) was here at 9 for a 9 to 12 window and I was very appreciative to be able not to spend the morning waiting around. Plus he was masked, polite and professional. Coolray deals with my questions and needs promptly and for a very good price.

Timely response. Derrick was the chief tech. He knows his trade very well, was courteous and professional. You do pay a little more for Coolray, but they do great work and they are responsive and prompt.
