The technician Zachary called me to let me know he would be early. He wore a mask and shoe coverings upon entering the house. Zachary asked me if I had any concerns, listened as I explained the issue, and followed-up accordingly. He noticed that the insulation in the attic was low and arranged for Coolray to come out the same day to provide a quote. I always find the Coolray team to be very considerate. They offer lots of services, but I never feel pressure to purchase - it's just convenient to get everything from one place that I can trust.

Tyreek (the tech) was here at 9 for a 9 to 12 window and I was very appreciative to be able not to spend the morning waiting around. Plus he was masked, polite and professional. Coolray deals with my questions and needs promptly and for a very good price.

Timely response. Derrick was the chief tech. He knows his trade very well, was courteous and professional. You do pay a little more for Coolray, but they do great work and they are responsive and prompt.

I had a big plumbing catastrophe on January 11, 2022. I had a pipe burst and it literally caused a big sink hole in front of my house. From the moment I contacted Mr. Plumber, and the response/arrival to my home was beyond excellent. I was expecting the worst in cost and completion of the job. The team was Alex the supervisor, Wes was the plumber, and Matthew. Wes was very courteous, professional and assured me that he could get the job done the same day. Thanks to the supervisor, Alex, (thank you Alex) everything was taken care of. Wes came back the next day to try and help with some of the cleanup. Matthew assisted Wes. They were so kind and genuinely concerned about the "tsunami"! Thanks Wes for getting the job done in a timely manner and thank you for thoroughly and patiently explaining everything to me. Wes made my horrible experience tolerable because he was authentic. Matthew and Wes are certainly an asset to the company. Alex, under your supervision and allowances, the job exceeded my expectations. I would recommend Mr. Plumber for any of your plumbing needs. It went well. I would have liked for Greg to reestablish the zoning system and left that part of the thermostat operation. I have done business with Coolray for many years. Greg seems knowledgeable and provides quality service.

Just had our bi-annual check of the HVAC system and winterization of units....technician was prompt, efficient, and friendly w/o being invasive or wasteful of his/our time. Coolray is there when you need them (in a flash if need be) but doesn't pester you to upgrade this or buy that like others do!!!
