After the computer board on my furnace caught fire, I wasn’t sure what I was going to do, so I called in the experts. Derrick and Tyreek combed the whole system. Found and fixed the issue – even through the charge had broken the home thermostat. As soon as that was replaced, everything worked like a charm. I Highly recommend them for their diligence and workmanship.

In February of 2022 I called Coolray for my downstairs furnace running but blowing cold air. So I called Coolray. A tech named Kevin responded to the call just a few hours later. When he arrived and checked the unit he was able to get it working again with only a standard service call fee. Well a few days ago, now in March, the unit would not start the blower automatically but I could manually by setting the thermostat to ON from AUTO. So I scheduled another Coolray call and Kevin again responded. He came out and check the unit and got it working again. This time the service call, because it was within a month, was covered under the warranty. It is very easy to schedule with Coolray via the Internet. They also send a picture of who is responding so you know who is showing up.
