Artiest Steele was professional and knowledgeable. He also called to ask whether he could come earlier than scheduled which was much better for my schedule and greatly appreciated. He serviced our unit answered questions and also adjusted a damper to partially close a vent with too much air flow and allowing more air to flow to other vents. I appreciate Artiest for the excellent quality of our maintenance service.

Told unit was fine and we needed a dehumidifier which I bought for $300 but did not solve the problem…got a second opinion and it was a clogged drain line that CoolRay missed three times…will not use again and canceled service agreement

Jamie Lazo Jr. came to do our summer maintenance. Despite the fact that it was 90+ degrees outside and over 120 degrees in our attic, Jamie was very professional. My furnace is sealed tighter than it has ever been, it blows cold are at twice the rate as the last unit. These guys went out of their way to get things right.

After the computer board on my furnace caught fire, I wasn’t sure what I was going to do, so I called in the experts. Derrick and Tyreek combed the whole system. Found and fixed the issue – even through the charge had broken the home thermostat. As soon as that was replaced, everything worked like a charm.
