Binh Le arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed it in a timely way. Highly recommend Coolray for heating and air conditioning problems. They only repair what needs to be repaired so the bill is reasonable. We always return to Coolray. They have well trained technicians. Excellent experience....again.

Nothing but good things to say about install team of Fernando and Jared. They showed up right on schedule, worked hard the entire day with barely breaking for lunch, and cleaned up everything when done. Then showed us how to navigate the new thermostat with clarity and patience. Nothing but good things to say from start to finish!

The entire booking process with cool ray is seamless both online and on the phone. The tech they use on their website is first class and provides a great experience for booking - and I say that as a software developer. After I booked online, I decided to call to see if I could actually get my appointment moved up. The call center attendant was sympathetic and polite and was able to edit my request and got someone out sooner. Gregory was the technician assigned and I cannot speak highly enough of him. He was punctual, polite, knowledgeable, tidy, friendly… overall a gem. Usually I try to hire these types of jobs (plumbing, electric, HVAC, etc) to hyper local small businesses and I’m generally distrustful of “big companies”. Coolray (at least this experience with them) completely shattered my stereotypes of “big companies”. Not only will I call them again next time I have an issue, but if they can repeat this level of experience, I will be a customer for life.

The service rep notified us he was on his way and arrived in time to complete his work before we had to leave our house (requested he finish by 3 PM). He was friendly, professional, and efficient. Scheduling was easy and the contract gives us peace of mind that our systems are well maintained and that if they do fail, we have someone who is already familiar with them.

Roger Baker did an excellent job resolving the issue of our upstairs A/C not cooling effectively. He did not over sale and recommended a solution that was affordable and not overly aggressive.

Annual checkup. Christian found couple items that needed extra attention. He explained completly and did a great job

Nadir Mawani was very on time, professional and had great communication. As he found things, he would show us. He made recommendations and we appreciate that.

Artiest Steele was professional and knowledgeable. He also called to ask whether he could come earlier than scheduled which was much better for my schedule and greatly appreciated. He serviced our unit answered questions and also adjusted a damper to partially close a vent with too much air flow and allowing more air to flow to other vents. I appreciate Artiest for the excellent quality of our maintenance service.

Service went great. Joshua (the technician) showed up on time and was very professional and helpful. He was able to solve my issue and was a great communicator. I highly recommend!

Told unit was fine and we needed a dehumidifier which I bought for $300 but did not solve the problem…got a second opinion and it was a clogged drain line that CoolRay missed three times…will not use again and canceled service agreement

Jamie Lazo Jr. came to do our summer maintenance. Despite the fact that it was 90+ degrees outside and over 120 degrees in our attic, Jamie was very professional. He was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. His customer service is outstanding, and he should be recognized for his amazing work ethic. He is an incredible asset to COOLRAY!!

My furnace is sealed tighter than it has ever been, it blows cold are at twice the rate as the last unit. These guys went out of their way to get things right.
