They solved the wiring problem that had not been fixed by Comfort Shield, who apparently charged me $300 to manually shift a reversing valve but didn't address the real issue

Komla was very professional and meticulous in performing our services. I had full confidence in his abilities. He was kind enough to take photographs of our attic, where I suspected that we had wildlife "visitors" and confirmed my suspicions. I called our exterminator to remove the creature and perform removal and exclusion, thanks to Komla!

We hired CoolRay, about 10 years ago in another home, and had exceptional service. Needing and trusting only CoolRay, we scheduled for a looksy for our current home and found that the coils and condensers were shot (only 7 yrs young). We went ahead and purchased new units, they installed next day with AWESOME techs, and all is perfect. I have recommended them to friends, also having exceptional service, and will continue to. John, the service tech, spent the necessary time to diagnose the problem. He had to dig deeper than the obvious. He ordered the required parts and followed up by installing them efficiently and professionally.

Coolray technician, Mr. Long, treated me with courtesy and left no stone unturned in servicing my system for both the colder weather and heat of summer. He was patient and articulate in explaining how to keep utility costs down.

Summary, if you all expected the your work done perfectly then this is the tech that won't leave room for disappointment.

Clifford worked tirelessly for several hours to repair the main waterline into my house. The broken place was difficult to reach. He was very knowledgeable and professional. When he was finished, you could not even tell that he had to dig a deep hole to get to the pipe which just happened to be in my my newly landscaped flower/shrub bed! No flowers or shrubs were harmed in the process!

Preventative repair on electric box attached to unit outside. Pictures were provided which proved repair needed to be done.

Before my technician’s arrival, Coolray called me with updates to his anticipated arrival time so that I wasn’t sitting at home for the entire 12:00-3:00 window. They also sent me a text with his name so I would know who to expect. I appreciate that as a matter of safety. When the technician, Ryan, arrived, he was very courteous and took the time to answer a few questions I had. Coolray delivers a quality, consistent work product and I will continue to go to them for my HVAC needs

I came home on a Friday evening to find that my air conditioner unit was no longer cooling. Since I have a maintenance agreement with Coolray, I signed online and schedule an appointment for the next day. The technician called me ahead of his arrival to let me know he was on his way. Once he arrived I explained the situation and he’s started looking into the problem. He was able to determine that the capacitor needed to be replaced. Once that was done, the air conditioner started cooling immediately. Antonio was the technician and he was very professional and did a great job.
