I've used Coolray for years now. They sold and installed my new A/C, and now do maintenance on my furnace as well. The office staff are very friendly, and I appreciate the text communication options. The Techs who come out to my house are on time and personable. I am very comfortable with them!

Edouard Valentin is a highly trained professional skilled in all aspects of multi level High-Rise HVAC systems. In Atlanta it is very difficult to find someone with his experience. Our system was serviced, drain lines flushed, auto shut off tested. Roof system was tested. When calling Cool Ray ask for Edouard Valentin if you require any services.

Shakar was efficient, thorough, professional, and polite. He is knowledgeable and was able to explain everything he did. He is well-spoken and personable. Shakar is an asset to Coolray.

Tommy Pritchett and crew did an exceptional job replacing my home water service line after the local water department notified us that we had a leak. The response time was outstanding and Tommy and crew completed the repair before our out of town visitors arrived for the Christmas weekend visit. The crew was extremely friendly and explained the entire process before beginning the job. Tommy and crew worked under and around an old established perennial bed and bored under 50 feet of driveway with minimal disturbance of the Bermuda lawn. Upon completion of the job the crew replaced the disturbed soil and sod and swept the drive of all traces of their work. Tommy and crew were outstanding and I highly recommend Mr. Plumber for all your plumbing needs.

A+ service and install. The installers were courteous and professional. They made sure our floors and walls were protected from the installation equipment and they explained the whole process to us. The finished product was above expectations. Great job!

We’ve been a customer since 2017 and this was our first issue with CoolRay. During the semi-annual maintenance inspection, the technician uncovered an issue that should have been detected earlier. I complained to the company and they sent Brad, one of their supervisors, out to inspect. Brad confirmed the problem and told me what he would do to fix it, at no cost to us. Brad completed the work yesterday. He went above and beyond what I expected, thereby saving me as a customer for his company. He, like the other representatives I’ve met over the years, is professional and a pleasure to work with.

Part was installed and now I have heat.
