I left another HVAC company and came o CoolRay based on the referral from my neighbor. Everyone that has come to my home from CoolRay has been a seasoned professional with many years of experience....from maintenance work to just having an evaporator coil replaced. It has always been quality work by quality technicians and very professional and nice people. I think I might have paid a bit on the higher side for the work, but am happy and comfortable with the service.

We have a service agreement with CoolRay which includes two maintenance visits per year to check and maintain our HVAC. We ask for Doug Douglas because he is thorough, professional and a good communicator. He's someone we can trust to take care of our system.

Coolray has always had a solid reputation in Metro Atlanta. I've lived in this house for 19 years and the existing AC unit is at least 29 years old. Each year the Coolray service techs tell me they would love to sell me a new 3-ton AC Unit...but since my current outside unit is still working there is no reason to mess with a good thing. Of course, this system uses freon and you can't legally buy it anymore, you just can't find a more honest service company than Coolray. They did install a new Trane furnace 10 years ago during the winter when the older one died, but it was a great deal and an incredibly smooth installation. I would suggest Coolray to anyone who needs an honest service company that you can trust will get the job done right the first time.
