Technician Kun figured out that the controller was cutting out because the float switch stopped the unit, caused by partially plugged drain line. Terrific service and analytical skills.

I called on a very hot and humid day in GA when my A/C suddenly stopped working. As I senior citizen with health issues, I was hopeful about getting a service call on the same day, but knew this might be a problem. The customer service person I spoke to could not have been more understanding and helpful. Later that day, my technician arrived. Jorge was very professional, and wasted no time in identifying the problems. He explained each issue to me very clearly with an estimate of the costs involved. I was very pleased with Coolray's service and plan to continue my service contract.

a/c system stopped working late Friday evening and the house was above 80 at bed time. After a fitful sleep Coolray was called in am and we were back up and cooling down nicely by 5:30 pm. We do have a service contract with them so that probably helped. Technician got us up and running quickly and explained what was done and what to expect, additional company services were also offered.
